VRV OUTDOOR UNIT Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air-cooled Variable Refrigerant Volume(VRV) Outdoor Unit having top discharge comprising of multiple Scroll Compressor all inverter driven, full charge of refrigerant gas (R-410A), lubricating oil and all accessories as per specifications. The condensing unit shall be suitable for Cooling with multi-row condenser coil made of aluminium fins and copper tubes.Multi-kit for multiple outdoor unit connection should be included in price. It also includes lifting and shifting of the outdoor units upto the desired location. The condensing unit shall be suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz, 3Phase AC power supply and condensing unit shall be of following capacities:- (a) 40 HP Nominal Higher Capacity

VERTICAL FLOOR MOUNTED AHU Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of AHU with 6RD DX Cooling coil Floor Mounted , double skin having panel thickness 43mm thick polyurethene foam (thermal break profile) 38 kg/m3 Puf having backward curved centrifugal flow fan with motor type TEFC Sq. Cage Induction Motor DoP-IP55 and Motor Efficiency rating IE2. Prefilter type Pre-filter 500FPM EU4/ 10micron. Coil made with copper tubing and fins with aluminium. Unit should be equiped with vibration isolators between fan and coil section and also vibration isolators should be provided between floor and base. Total static pressure of 40mmwg. It should be connectable with unified ON/Off controller, schedule timer and BMS system.Airflow volume and direction should be controllable in stepped manner for individual units/groups. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of high pressure copper refrigerant piping suitable for R 410a refrigerant of suitable size as required and duly insulated with 19mm/13mmthick closed cell elastomeric insulation in tubing form inclusive of nitrile rubber and UV treatment. External Refrigerant piping shall be laid on GI covered cable trays. Piping inside occupied spaces shall be supported by ladder type GI Slot channel. Entire refrigerant piping work be carried out in accordance with the specifications. Piping shall be of following sizes:
