INTERIOR WORK (FURNISHING & ADDITIONAL ALTERATION WORKS) Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing Bamboo jaffery/ fencing consisting of superior quality 25mm dia (Average) half cut bamboo placed vertically and fixed together with three numbers horizontal running members of hollock wood in scantling of section 50X25 mm, fixed with nails and G.I wire on existing support complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing 12 mm Thk. cement plaster(1:6) on walls with clean coarse sand of FM-1.5 including screening, curing with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing in position of 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter patch fittings equivalent to Ozone make of top patch (OPF-2) & bottom (OPF-3) top pivot (OFS-ACC-GDP), corner patch lock (OPL-1). 'H' type handle 32 x 457mm equivalent to Ozone make Model No.OGH.55 (base rate Rs.2030/- ) fixing arrangement and making necessary holes cutout etc. all complete as per drawing & tecnical specification and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (hardware make:- Ozone/ Dorset/ trium or Equivalent.

NS ITEM Toughened Glass partition up to ceiling ht.:- Providing and fixing full height partition in Glazed 12 mm thick toughened glass (basic rate -Rs. 1990/-PER SQM) edge polished, fixed with aluminum 'U' -channel (19mm x 25mm) inserted in floor, ceiling & cutting as required and make the floor good, including all required supports for stablilty and all glass joints shall be filled with tranparent silicon sealant etc complete as per tecnical specification, drawing and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Glass make SAINT GOBAIN OR EQUIVALENT Only & Hardware make Ozone/TRIUM OR EQUIVALENT approved by Engineer In-charge)

P/Fixing Imported Wall paper as per approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade and color as approved by architect. & instructionof Engineer in charge .

Providing & fixing in position frosted glass film fixed to glass as per pattern. Area of application to be measured as maximum length x maximum height of application on that particular piece of glass as per technical specification & instruction of Engineer in charge. (Glass film 3M make Chakra or equivalent)

Providing and fixing Laminate finish wood floor :- Providing / fixing of laminated flooring with water resistant layer of wax & silicon interlocking planked flooring 12mm .thick & skirting on a polythene film underlay foam , including levelling of existing floor make Victor / Pergo or equivalent.

Supply & fixing in position Curtain & Share Curtain for all window etc all complete as per tecnical specification, drawing and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Make De Cor or equivalent)

ELECTRICAL WORKS AS PER SITE:- Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire
