Cost and supply of fixing reinforced pre- cost slab 75mm Thick metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2 20mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4kg/sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joint neatly complying with std specification

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

PVC panelled door shutters hollow type - 200 mm x 20 mm panels with 1 mm wall thickness for panels and styles and rails of suitable size with 2 mm wall thickness suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flat including cost of necessary Aluminium hinges and other furniture fittings.

Colour washing two coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed. -100sq.m S.I.333
