Dismantling the existing 650 TR Cooling Tower installed on the terrace of Palika Kendra Building, including careful dismantling of all its components such as approximately 1000 Nos. PVC fills, 04 Nos. FRP cooling tower fans, 04 Nos. 7.5 HP electric motors, complete FRP/PVC body, casing, structural members, fan deck, drift eliminators, louvers, distribution system, supports, fasteners, and all other associated accessories. The work shall include cutting, dismantling, segregation, handling, and lowering of all dismantled materials manually with the help of heavy labour, chain pulley blocks, ropes, lifting tackles, cutting machine and other necessary T&P, without causing any damage to the existing building structure, waterproofing, services or adjoining installations. The dismantled materials shall be carefully transported through the staircase from the terrace (above 20th Floor) to the Ground Floor, stacked at the location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including all labour, loading, unloading, safety arrangements, barricading, debris clearance, and disposal of unserviceable material as directed.

FRP cooling tower fans, 02 Nos. 7.5 HP electric motors, complete FRP/PVC body, casing, structural members, fan deck, drift eliminators, louvers, distribution system, supports, fasteners, and all other associated accessories. Providing services for collection, handling, loading, transportation, unloading and disposal of the entire dismantled material of the 650 TR & 450 TR Cooling Towers from Palika Kendra Building, including approximately 1600 Nos. PVC fills, 06 Nos. FRP cooling tower fans, 06 Nos. 7.5 HP motors, complete FRP/PVC body, structural members, fan deck, drift eliminators, louvers, supports, hardware and all other dismantled components, after dismantling. The work shall include deployment of adequate skilled and unskilled labour, loading of all dismantled materials from the designated stacking area, carriage through the building premises, loading into small/no-entry permitted vehicles Suitable for movement within the NDMC area, transportation through approved routes, and unloading and dumping/disposal of the entire material at a location outside the NDMC area, as approved/directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. The item shall include multiple trips as required, loading, unloading, labour charges, vehicles, fuel, tolls, permits, no-entry compliant vehicles, handling equipment, all leads and lifts, safety measures, barricading, protection of public/property, cleaning of the site after removal, and all incidental charges complete. Note: Nothing extra shall be paid on account of number of trips, labour deployment, no-entry restrictions, traffic regulations, loading/unloading, handling, or any other incidental operation. The item shall be complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC honeycomb fills, 04 Nos. FRP propeller-type direct-driven fans, 04 Nos. weatherproof IP-55 Premium Efficiency IE3 class 7.5 HP motors conforming to IS 12615, complete FRP casing, FRP basin/sump, FRP fan deck, FRP fan cylinder, louvers, drift eliminators, hot water distribution system with self-rotating spray nozzles/sprinklers, galvanized hardware, steel ladder, isolating switch, drain arrangement with suitable valves, structural supports and all other accessories, including transportation of all cooling tower components from Ground Floor to the Terrace (above 20th Floor) of Palika Kendra Building by deploying adequate skilled and unskilled labour, chain pulley blocks, ropes, lifting tackles and all necessary tools & plants, manual handling, assembly, erection, alignment, fixing on the existing foundation/supports, connection with existing condenser water piping, make-up water, overflow and drain lines, electrical connections, testing, trial run, performance testing and commissioning, including all labour, loading, unloading, consumables, safety measures, scaffolding wherever required and all incidental works complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
