Taking shut down , disconnecting incoming, outgoing cables, from 11KV/33KV VCB Panel of capacity up to 630/800 Amps by opening HT bus bar chamber for cleaning the bus bar chamber, bus bars, HT insulator with CTC including insulating the bus bar & HT Insulator with suitable insulation sleeve as per colour code complete after carried out complete inspecting the wiring of relays including calibration with primary & secondary injecting system and servicing , overhauling , depitting /decarbosing of contacts including greasing/ lubricating of revolving assy & varnishing with drying of CTs/PTs in VCBs & testing of complete VCBs system of its mechanical & electrical system. reassembling complete HT panel board with VCB and testing with suitable testing instruments for smooth functioning complete with remote operation all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : The quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost of minor parts required for making the VCBs fully functional.

Supply & stringing, tightening & fixing of ACSR conductors, aluminium binding wire, connectors of any on poles & other different location including taking down old unserviceable conductors complete, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting to rail/steel pole by preparation of old disturbed surface & applying one coat of red oxide primer on the rail/steel pole of 9/11 mtr long including pole numbering with black paint including steel channel brackets with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (E) , cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches UG including taking down old unserviceable HT cable, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size, any type, and any height complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling of lightning arresters expulsion type for 11000 volt complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of Gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, 11000 Volts for current rating upto 200 Amps.

Supply and fixing out door type gang operated switch with drop out fuse assembly complete of current rating 400 Amps, 11000 volts of 12 insulator vertical type triple pole consisting of galvanised steel based HT insulator as per IS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arching horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers horizontal GI of adequate length of phase separation adequate length of GI pipe operation from ground level triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame and worked on ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in Off & On position, all ferrous parts shall be galvanised complete all as specified & directed.

Restringing of Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced ( ACSR conductor ) for 11KV line upto permissible SAG, complete all as directed.

Fixing only cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 X 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground and connected to galvanized earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts of galvanized iron or steel with GI protection pipe medium grade 40 mm dia from earth pit to main board including making pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 and pre cast RCC cover 40 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways with lifting handles and 25 mm internal dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, as shown in electrical plate No. 3, connected to earthing test point, complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Taking out un-serviceable / faulty LT cable of the following cross-sections, for repair / replacement etc (from cable duct / underground trench / pole), stacking properly (cable, pipe and bricks) for re-use or deposited to E/M yard from site as directed by the Engr-in-Charge:- (Note: Necessary Earth work to be measured and paid separately)

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 thick for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
