M&L for maintenance of DG Set 250 KVA DG set and carrying out 'B' check and replacement/servicing of 'B' check kit filters such as oil filter, by pass filter, fuel filter, CR element and CR plates complete with 'O' rings and draining of Engine oil and topping up with the new engine oil complete testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following capacity DG Sets : - Note : (i) Necessary tool for replacement of spares for 'B' check shall be deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Spares such as replacement of u/s items incl engine oil, air filter, fuel filter, mobile filter or any parts of DG set will be measured & paid separately under respective item as supply only. (iii) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. All requisite safety measurers are to be adopted by contractor on site. (iv) Minor repair work whereever supply only items by contractor for DG sets is to be carried out by DG Set technician. (v). The contractor will be responsible for cleaning/grass cutting/ vegetation cutting upto ten meter surrounding of DG Sets. (vi) Necessary welding work required /replacement of door hings etc any other parts shall be deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted by the contractor. (vii) Supply & fixing & testing after repair items should be executed thorugh authorized rep of manufacturer only and fixing charges to be inclusive in the rate quoted by the contractor mentioed in below respective capacity of DG sets.

Labour only for attending the breakdown/nonfunctioning of any capacity/make DG sets, AMF panels by deploying one Number Technician & helper for checking all components and rectify the fault and give report to concerned JE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Spare parts for rectify the fault will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The contractor shall also provide DG Set technician on Sunday & holiday if required or asked by JE E/M/Engineer-in-charge. (iii) If contractor failed to provide their DG Set technician or absent to attend the complaints / minor complaint within 24 Hrs, then the recovery will be effected at Rs 2000.00 per day per complaints.

Advance maintenance free GI safe earthing electrode with pipe of not less than 50mm outer dia and two meter length. The electrode should be of galvanised (80-100 micron) along with earth lead as galvanised steel strip of size 32x6mm, 7.5 mtr. The GI electrode shall be pre-filled with cristaline conductive material (CCM). The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg Back fill compound to provide maximum contract between the electrode and back fill compound. The earthing pit cover should be factroy built size TOP 10 inch, bottom 13 inch, height 10.25 inch made of heavy duty polypropylene complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm burried in the ground/pipe/wall and dully connected to machinery with nuts bolts washers and thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lifting the Gen Set of capacity 62.5 to100KVA after disconnection complete from cables, shifting to other place whereever directed by engr-in-charge and making PCC foundation of size suitable to existing DG set with 1:2:4 including smooth finishing, shifting of DG set on new foundation with all necessary arrangement of cable connections, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- all items, manpower including crane for lifting up and placing again on new foundation is included in quoted rates.

M&L in repair for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including, cracking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, booking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annnealed) not less then 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete, (1:1½:3) Type A1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs and mass cocrete incl formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid over roof as in platforms for water tanks, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition complete all as specified and directed.
