Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth,foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and taking out/laying of pipe lines of hard/dense soil. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, each layer not exceeding 25cm thick after pipes have been laid and tested complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing ERW MS pipe class 'B' of bore 300 mm having wall thickness 6 mm with permissible tolerance + 10% confirming to IS-3589, (ISI marked with minimum tensile strength of 410 mega pascals and steel grade of Fe -410) alongwith flanged joints including nuts, bolts, washers, flanges etc, laid in trenches/ along road/on surface/ slopes/pillars/ culverts/ causeways etc, including connection with main and branch line of CI/DI/GI/MS pipes with fittings, complete all as specified by and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Flanges to be provided at every 6 m length or shorter length as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Flange will be welded to the pipe and gasket to be provided between two flanges and will be fixed with 12 Nos of nuts and bolts (M20 Type) at each jointing. Flanges will be of IS-6392 specifications. The cost of flanges, nuts & bolts, gaskets and connecting of flanges to pipeline by welding will be deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (ii) All standard fittings such as bends any type radius or angle, tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) TEE pieces single branch, 'Y' Junction, double branch, cross collars, cap and plugs, MS flanges complete bends, TEE pieces, collars, elbow, tail piece etc jointing are deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (iii) Jointing of pipe line will be done through flange and circular welding as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting electric connection of 10 HP motor, removing the UNSV motor from existing place by unscrewing the foundation bolts and nuts decoupling from the pump, setting aside and transporting to workshop for repairs including dismantling the motor,cutting/taking out burnt winding of stator, rotor, cleaning the slots, transporting back after repair/winding & re-assembling the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Rewinding of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (b) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading, transportation, grease, nuts, bolts and washers of any size and shape as required at site and refixing of serviceable motor duly functional and testing complete at its existing location/position.

Removing the burnt out winding from the rotor and stator, cleaning the slots, providing high quality of class'B' paper insulation inside the slots, rewinding the motor of capacity 10 HP with super enamel copper wire of same size and guage as per existing rapping up with high quality cotton tape and varnising with super quality oil including drying upto desired temperature and desired time complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of labour for winding deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Make : Atlas/Devi Dayal or equivalent make.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of LT Panel board indoor type mounted on rigid angle iron frame, overall size not less than 1200 x1200 x 500 mm having independent compartment for busbar incoming and outgoing feeders, dust and vermin proof, factory made, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 phase 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply busbar chamber with copper busbar 100 Amp rating for 3 phase and neutral for wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators 01 set, common earth busbar of GI strip 32 x6 at bottom with panel board at 2 earth terminals, cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each outgoing and incoming cables and complete panel board painted with powder coating in siemens Grey colour and fabricated with double door system locking arrangement all as approved and comprising as under:-

Copper thimble suitable for 16 Sqmm single core copper cable including taking down the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
