The frame for shutter shall be of pressed steel and 10mm Square bars grill complete with fly proof wire mesh having 0.63mm nominal dia wire and 1.4mm average with aperture including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and including taking down old doors any type with iron items all specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.
