SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO.T-5 OF ZONE -I AND PROVN OF COVERED SHED WITH HARDSTANDING FOR VEH PARKING AT MT PARK AT LEKHAPANI MIL STN UNDER GE DINJAN NO.2

Surface excavation not excedding 30cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation getting out soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M& L for Moorum/red bajri & sand filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge

Material & Labour for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, og broken stone or boulders deposited,spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm of soft loose soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size /shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compected bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layers through vibratory compaction by using palte vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including frames and cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.
