Maintenance and Repairs to Miscellaneous Public Improvements at St.Thomas Mount Pallavaram

Contractors to insert here–in-above their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR 2020 (Part -II) rates. If any item of work, whose rate is not mentioned in the MES SSR, 2020, shall be paid on proportional rates of CPWD DSR, 2022, TNPWD SOR 2024-25/TWAD SOR 2024-25/GCC SOR 2020-2021 as amended time to time. The items which are not available in any of the aforementioned SSR/SOR are to be paid on proportional market rates subject to the condition that the total value of the non-SSR/SOR items shall not exceed 5% of the estimated value of the contract. If net schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, ‘0’ should be inserted in percentage box. The Less / Excess percentage inserted by Bidder here- in- above shall be deemed firm. The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only up to two decimal places.
