Supplying of 140mm dia PVC Special Blue pipes for borwelles outer casing pipe of best quality including all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Drilling of 125mm (4 3/4”) nominal dia vertical borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu in all formations, suitable for down the hole hammer drilling such as medium hard rock to hard rock formation, consolidated formation etc and drilling over burden to a dia not less than 200mm including insertion of 165 mm PVC casing pipe, couplings caps and other relevant materials required upto the depth as directed by the Engineer or his representative including grouting of cement 25kg (minimum) up to the depth of over burden are including borewell development flushing of borewell at a pressure 7kg/cm2 (100 lb per square inch) including yield test, crew charges, cost of consumables, transportation charges of casing pipes and all other materials including assembling complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer and as stipulated in the technical specification. The entire works should be carried out as per IS 2800 Part I & II / 1979. Finished dia of borewells shall not be less than 145mm

Labour Charges for inserting 140mm OD PVC casing pipes assmbly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including the jointing the pipes with PVC couplers with cement paste ect.complete as per Std Specifications.

Earth work excavation and deposting on bank with an intial lead of 10m& initial liftm of 2m in hard siff clay , stiff black cotton , hard red earth shales , murram , gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil asper standard specification 20.B including refilling charges

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 : 8 using 40mm gauge ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveynace of material to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying , fabricating and placing in it position of MS or RTS rod including the cost of steel & Binding wire, labour charges for cutting, bending, placing & tying with grills and conveyance etc., complete.

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits of cement concrete works including necessary arrangements with strutting for plain surfaces with props, With all cost and conveyance of materials and lab our at site ect ., Complete as per standard specfication.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brick work in cement 1:5 mix using well burnt country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including all cost and conveyance etc completeas per std specification
