Overhauling of 135 KW motor. Charges for complete overhauling of motor including dismantling, cleaning of the stator coils, checking the tightness of the stator wedges and applying one coat of insulating varnish, replacement of both DE and NDE bearing and assembling inclusive of cost of consumables.

Charges for disconnecting the power cable, releasing the motor from its bed, lifting, the motor to a convenient location, removing of coupling pulley, refixing of coupling pulley after over hauling, transporting the motor to its location, lifting, lowering the motor and placing in motor bed and erection of motor, reconnecting the power cable and including coupling, alignment and coupling the motor with the compressor. (Motor capacity-135 KW)

Charges for providing cast iron sleeves in both NDE & DE end shields for overhauling the motor dynamic balancing of rotor of 135KW, 415V, 3 phase, Jyothi/kirloskar make(Motor capacity-135 KW)

Labour charges for Fabrication of terminal cover , copper terminal flat, hylem sheet for support insualtion including assembling l= 0.60 mx0.33mx0.40m ) Area 0.972 m2

Cost of motor drive end cylinderical roller bearing No.NU321,Steel cage,single row,roller bearing for compressor motor 5A (Bearing will be under contractor scope)

Cost of motor Non drive end Ball bearing No.6318 for compressor motor 5A (Bearing will be under contractor scope)
