ONE SOFT TURF VOLLEYBALL COURT WITH POLES, LIGHTING AND SPECTATOR GALLERY WITH FENCING

Preparation of Aggregate Base:- Soling :- Excavation, leveling & Campacting of the existing surface with 8-10 Tone Roller, Slope to be maintained at 1" in 10' to avoid surface water stagnation. (aa) Through Cleaning of Surface & weed cleaning solution. Providing and laying 2 layers of 3.5" thick WBM, laid with ready road crushers with stone size 65mm well graded metal No. 3 & 4. All the gaps will be filled with quarry spoils and metal No. 1 & 2 watered and compacted with heavy duty roller 8-10 tonners.

Asphalt Work :- (aa) Providing and laying tack coat at 5 Kg per Sqmtr. After thorough cleaning of surface. (ab) Laying of 40mm thick Asphalt Macadam, compacted thickness with bitumen 60/70 grade thick with pure proper thickness with graded sieved aggregate finer to 25 mm in bitumen contents not exceeding 4% to 5% laid with paver and rolled heavy duty 8-10 Ton Roller, Macadam Mix will be with PPT 1.2 %. (ac) Laying of 25 mm thick Asphalt concrete with Bitumen grade 60/70, 4% to 5% with graded aggregates with maximum size of 1/2" graded down to fines of 25%. The Asphalt mix will be with PPT 1% to 2% the same will be laid manually and compacted with heavy duty roller. (ad) Spreading and manually powder after application of FPPT Primer on finished Asphalt Surface to close the porosity of fresh Asphalt and allowing the surface to be dried for minimum 15 days prior to laying the synthetic surfacing, Anti Termite & weeding treatment.

Installation of Synthetic Turf and Allied Work Deco Turf 8 Layer Cushion System :- Proving & laying 8 Cushion System consisting of a bio cum primer one coat, one coat resurfacer, three coat cushion, followed with two coats of textured base coats and finally one non-textured top coat.
