Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron)

Aluminium grill Providng and fixing Aluminium Grill 10 mm thick "DECO GRILLE" make Model No. DG- 202 in natural Silver anodising of min 15 Micronswith a opening size of 60mm x 45mm and Minimum weight of 4.12 Kg/ Sq.M including providing anfd fixing Suitable 'F' / 'H' section outer frame and mullion fixing with screws complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge .Aluminium alloy shall be of 6063-T6 with yield strength of minimum 6.5 kg/ sq.mm.

Extra for providing Aluminium Grill 10 mm thick with colour anodised by the manufacturer (Champagne, black, Bronze, Gold colours) complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge

Aluminium Composite Metal Panel Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification (Aluminium frame work will be paid under reelevant item)

Servicing of rolling shutters Servicing of the following type of rolling shutters of all sizes up to maximum size of 6m x 7m including scaffolding, by dismantling for over-hauling of individual parts for repairing and refixing after repaires i.e top hood shaft cage, shaft case, shaft brackets, springs, main curtain with lathe or mid bar type grills, wicket gate, side guides bottom rails, gear units, bearings, electric motors,starters and thoroughly cleaning all the components, adjusting the tensioning springs, if required overhauling or repairing shaft and gear units, re-conditioning end clips, re-aligning curtain ends, reconditioning dents if any, on the surface bottom rail and side guides, repairing the starter, inspecting, taking out and replacing the damaged or defective components (replacement of parts at extra rate is given under relevant item), ensuring proper locking arrangements from both side and out side including all welding, drilling, straightening , grinding, scaffolding, ladders, tools, tackles, with all consumables, such as lubricants, kerosene, grease etc. and shall hardware such as nuts, bolts, rivets, screws, washers, keys, etc. making good any damages to civil works,cleaning, oiling, greasing and demonstrating proper functioning of the shutters after each service such as nuts, bolts, rivets, screws, washers, keys, etc. and necessary scaffolding etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at site. a) Electrically operated type with lathes or grilled curtain, Mechanical Gear operated and Pull & Push type rolling shutters ( All types of Rolling Shutters) Note:1) Measurement will be done once only, for entire period of contract. 2) The measurement of Rolling shutters will be as per structural openings. 3) Rate includes fixing of rubber gasket min 6mm thick at bottom of rolling shutter on external shutters for prevent entry of reptiles.

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing wicket gate of specified size in the M.S rolling shutters including fixing with fixing arrangements, hinges, locking arrangements, frames etc. all as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-chargecomplete.

Motorization of Existing and new rolling shutter for rolling shutters up to 15.00 sq.m opening area. Providing and fixing motorized arrangements for existing and/or new rolling shutters. Item also includes cost of coversion of existing rolling shutters by changing its shaft alongwith suitable fittings nad accessories as suited to motorization work. motorization includes ( with remote & manual operation) including designing, control panels, limit switches,required wiring and cables from panel to motor and required size of shaft etc of approved make all as per standard specifications including commisioning and testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(only power supply point will be provided)

Providing, Supplying and replacing in position wherever required the G.I .lathe sections 75mm wide & 18g thick parts after removing the damaged old part carefully including all labour, taxes, duties, scaffolding, transport, welding, drilling, grinding, tools, tackles etc. and with applying one coat of primer wherever required, including transporting the dismantled M.S/ metal scrap and depositing at Trombay stores as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site.
