Material and labour for cleaning the service water tank (inside surfaces only) of any description by scraping, scrubbing (without damaging the tank surfaces) with coir brushes and removing all deposits/scales, algae formations, silt/other stioky or forign materials from adhering tank surfaces and washing inside surfaces of tank with approved bleaching powder solution and finally recleaning with fresh plain water to remove any trace of beaching powder of following capacity of service water tanks all as specified and directed .

Manning and operation for providing services for DG Set of capacity 125KVa and 160 Kva installed at Kashmir House under EinCs area by deploying one DG Set operator (Skilled) for the shift of 9.00 to 5.00 PM 8Hrs shift (excluding Sundays & holidays) also including first hand minor repair upto RS 500/- quaterly and maintain surrounding areas neat and tidy complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The personnel employed by the contractor must have experience in relevant fields and having minimum 03 years of experience. (b) The rate quoted shall not be less than MW as notified GOI/SG/LB whichever is highest including all statutory provisions such as EPF,ESIC,Bonous,Taxes Etc. (c) PPR kit shall be provided to each individual by the contractor.

Preventive maintenance of DG sets(125X01 ,160X1 ) installed at different location of Kashmir House .The following daily maint to be carried out as under :- (a) Check levels in oil through ,fuel tank cooler and replenish if necessary. (b) Re-grease all grease points. (c) Tighten the nuts bolts of pipeline of fuel oil ,lubricating oil,water and check leakages. (d) Check the water level in radiator and top up the coolant as required. (e) Clean oli filters. (f) Check viscosity of lub oil. (g) Check crank case for leakage. (h) Clean air filters. (j) Check the radiator fan belt. (k) Timely replace the engine oil/oil filter/diesel filter/air filter. (l) Check distilled water for battery and top up. (m) Check battery cover condition from cover and battery voltage. (n) Check the metering equipment. (o) Check the insulation resistance of alternator. (p) Maintain log sheet and check list on daily basis. Note : Minor consumable like Petrol, CRC, Brassoetc for cleaning shall be included in the quoted rate.
