PROVISION FOR DIVERSION OF HT UG (11KV) CABLE OF PERIMETER AND MAFI FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SOUTHERN TAXI TRACK OF SHORT RUNWAY FOR WORK SERVICES FOR EXTENSION AND RESURFACING OF TWO RUNWAYS AND ALLIED WORKS SERVICES AT AFA HYDERABAD.

Amount

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L River dry sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punned thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation, complete all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Returning, filling in trenches in hard/dense soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type 1, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with minimum average breaking load 350 kg as per IS : 5820-1970 ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fitting ISI marked, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/ crossing nallah etc of bore 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F cable route marker made up of PCC block (1:3:6) type. C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregated of size 900 mm x 300mm x 100 mm thick (45 Cm burried in ground) and properly painted as per approved colour Brown (HT) and written both side with signed red colour paint (HT cable 11 KV) on route marker including necessary excavation, PCC and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by using trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine to insert pipe of 100mm light grade GI pipes with all fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, etc, for protection of cable complete including all plant & machinaries, alongwih Butt fusion welding machine with all accessories, T&P etc required all as specified and as directed. Note :- Protection pipe will be measured and paid separately

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning XLPE HT cable , insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part II), 11 KV "E" grade, ISI marked in drum, cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3 core laid in pipe/ducts/ trenches/ under floor/ under road/ poles etc all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Excavation and earth work, sand cushion, PCC cover and protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately in respective items. (b) Contractor shall ensure to visit the site and workout the actual requirement of cable before placing of order as per the site requirement as approved by GE/EIC. (d) The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of any straight through joints comes in the total length of cable. Supply install testing and commissioning feeder pillar box of size 1200x1200x1000 mm, factory made outdoor pedestal type double door fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron 50x50x6 mm sloppy roof locking arrangement comprising 50 mm size Godrej brass pad lock with duplicate keys two earth terminal suitable cable gland plate for incoming and outgoing 11 KV HT cables and protection of joint grouting of feeder pillar box by providing 90 cm long angle iron of size 50x50x6mm welded on all the four corners embedded in platform,duly fabricated in a CPRI approved. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally expoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade. The panel shall having aluminium bus bar three strips of minimum size 800mm x 75mm x 10 mm with DMC/SMC/FRP HT long insulator complete. Note :- (a) Joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Busbars should be insulated with coloured heat shrinkable type PVC sleeves and should be mounted on 12 KV grade insulators .

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 95 Sq mm XLPE (HT) 11 KV cable complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 185 Sqmm XLPE (HT) 11 KV cable complete all as specified and directed. Make : Raychem/M-Seal/3M

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick, with and including earthing of 32mm x 6mm GI strip protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade upto a length of 7.5m. The plate shall be buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to earth lead as described here-in-before by means of bolts, nuts, washers and checknuts made out of galvanised iron or mild steel, earthing lead protected by as described here-in-before and connected to main switch board or main control board or electric pole all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES Sch Part-I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1, 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm centre tocentre both ways, GI pipe of bore 20mm light grade for watering with funnel, wiremesh, salt, charcoal, lugs including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
