Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length incl S&F 100mm long SS butt hinges (03 Nos per frame) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing including and taking down old shutterand supply and fixing following items : (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 150mm - 4 nos. per leaf (b) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Square Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 nos per leaf (c) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm - 2 nos. per leaf (d) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Sliding Bolt 300 mm - 1 no. per leaf (e) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Floor Door Stooper - 1 nos. per leaf

S & F in repair 18 mm thick HDHMR (High density high moisture resistant) board, one side white laminate and other side decorative as in Sink/ Wash Basin cabinets fixed with minifix hardware where ever required including edge band 22 mm wide 0.80 m thick of matching colour on exposed surfaces of board fixed with polymaster adhessive including trimming edges of edge band to true line of thicknesss of board by manual trimmer including dismantling old board any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel (SS-304 grade) auto closing hinges 35 mm of 0 crank( KH-001) or 8 crank (KH-002) openable at 110 degree for kitchen cabinet shutters fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball bearing runners 45 mm, 450mm long Telescopic (KTS-20) full extension load capacity 50 kgs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm long D-type cabinet handles premium quality, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) gloss chrome/ matt finished fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.
