Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and+B13:B55 directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles premium quality light shade 8 to 9 mm thick square /rectangular polished area of each tiles Exc 0.42 Sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm in floors etc .set and jointed with tile adhesive with same make of tiles and pointed with epoxy grouting to match tiles over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer CM 1:4 for laying finishes complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. NOTE:- (i) Adhesive measured and paid separately (ii) Epoxy grouting rate including respective item

Supply only tile adhesive paste/setting of tiles at required position(wall/floor) and to match the homogeneity of tile complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre ,pulp,insulation etc ) or insulation board /slabs /blankts ,any thickness ,inculding cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

S & F hollow PVC wall lining interlocking type 7mm thick plain/coloured /wood grain fitted in to the wall with PVC rawal plug and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturers instruction etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note:- If any minor electric fittings and fixtures disturbed there will be match and fixed as existing.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer, calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100N (edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Density is not less than 650 (ii) Variation in profile size of frame ±5mm is allowed and contractor's quoted rate is deemed to include the same.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood polymer composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspention grade),calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutters and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid seperately)

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutters and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, Door to be panelled with SS mosquito mesh and XTN aluminium mesh for additional strength and safety purpose.
