Attending/Rectification of breakdowns of DG sets and connected control panels of any capacity as and when required, rates including replacement of consumable minor parts

Routine/General 'B' check-up of DG Set Installed at various location in GMS including carryingout preventive maintenance and servicing as per Manufacturers manual, Repair and overhauling, and rectification of defects with taking down u/s spares as and when required all as specified and directed by Enginer In Charge. Notes (a) Maintenance shall be carried out strictly and copy of servicing report should be submitted to Engineer In charge failing which recovery will be made at twice the quoted rates. (b) Chemicals and T & P required for cleaning and descaling and nut, bolts, washers, distilled water, shall be included in the unit rate quoated against this item.

M&L for draining out oil from engine of DG set of any capacity, cleaning the oil chamber, supply and filling of lubricant in replacement GENSET OIL multi-grade 20W40 complete all as specified and directed, Make- Castrol/Gulf/Reliance

Checking and inspecting of the DG set Metering AMF panel board system throughly, including rewiring with suitable size copper wire and carried out of necessary testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down U/S Digital Speed Controller & Relay Card unit complete of DG set of any capacity S&F the same as existing make and model all as specified and directed

Repair/replacement of door locks and hinges of DG set with welding ,denting and painting complete all as specified and directed

S & F complete rotating rectifier unit diode kit suitable for 7.5 KVA to 15 KVA DG set by taking out the unserviceable rectifier from excitation system and fixing and connecting, starting and testing on load all as specified and directed

Repair of Turbo charger complete of any capacity of DG set as per existing all as specified and directed

Draining the fuel from existing diesel tank in a seprate empty container and separate from the DG set and cleaning fuel tank internally for removing sludge and testing to prevent the leakage if any and refixing the same in original position for the capacity of DG set 7.5 KVA to 30 KVA

Dismantling radiator of 7.5 to 30 KVA DG Set complete from engine mounting frame, opening and clearing with use of acid, to clear the choked tubes, over hauling of the same, arresting the leakages with necessary welding/soldering, replacing the gasket including replacement of water pump seal, lub oil filter, corrossion resistor filter, reefixing back the radiator in the original position, refixing back and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

All as per item above item No 30 but 40 to 82.5 KVA capacity

Takingdown unserviceable self-starter 12 volts from engine,dismantling and opening of stater and armature,replace the wornout carbon brush,pinion,ignition coil bearing,bushing, including servicing, varnishing of stater after repairing assembling,refixed to same position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable dynamo/alternator of charging unit of battery 12 volts including opening and seviceing of field coil of stator,rotor unit, replace wornout carbon brush,bushes, Bentex pinion complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement battery 12 Volts 180 AH complete to DG set all as specified and directed

M & L for Dismantling, Lifting & transportation of Alternator of DG Set capacity 20 KVA to 82.5 KVA and keeping the core inside oven chamber to removing of moisure and increasing of the insulation value of core and drying the core assembly for minimum 3 days at a temp of 120oC including Re-fixing and alighnment all as specified and directed . Note :- (a) Cost for lifting/lowering the core of Alternator by crane is inclusive. (b) Labour for fixing the connection/removal of connection inside the heating chamber is inclusive. (c) Power consumption for heating core for improving insulation value is inclusive.

Taking down U/S Oil lift pump repair from DG set of any make and capacity , replace new lift pump supply and fix existing make ,test and commissioning complete all as specified and directed

Taking down U/S battery charger in AMF panel from DG set of any make and capacity , replace new charging unit 12volts ,supply and fix existing make ,test and commissioning complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no.43 but 24 volts

Taking down Unserviceable power contactors and S & F 3 pole power contactor with 2 NO+2NC capacity 300 AMPs complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/Schineder/Simens

Taking down Unserviceable power contractor and S & F 4 pole power contactor with 2 NO+2NC capacity 110 AMPs complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/Schineder

Dismantling /opening of upper portion of diesel engine 250 KVA water cooled ,turbo charged 1500 RPM ,vertical type for Major over hauling ,repair,servicing of engine including taking out rediator ,fuel pump,water pump ,turbo charger etc.for the following repairs/overhauling :- (a) Dismantlling/opening of complete cylinder head assembly rocker arms assembly ,piston head assembly sleeves by removing nuts & bolts for repairs complete. Note 1:- Repair and Transportation charge for carrying out pair and after repair carrying back to shall be deemed to be included in this rates. (b) Servicing & cleaning of complete engine parts with suitable cleaning agents. (c) Re-assembling of engine after replacement of unserviceable defective parts with new parts as listed and given below and testing of engine as per company recommendation after reassembling all parts as directed to the satifaction of the Engr-in-Charge.
