Providing and fixing in position TMT-500 steel bar reinforcement of various diameters for pardies, as per detailed designs, drawings and Schedules, including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required etc. complete.

Water bound macadam (WBM ):- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding Materials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Vibratory roller. to the required density. By Mechanical Means-GradingI (UsingScreening Type A (13.2) mm Aggregate)

Granular sub base (GSB) with Coarse graded material (Table: 400-2) (Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse garded material, spreading in uniform layers with motoir grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compactiong with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401)

Providing and laying in situ Dry rolled lean cement concrete (DRLC) sub-base of trap metal of specified gradation using , mixing as per approved design mix, compacting with vibratory roller of minimum 80-100KN static weight for proper compaction including curing compound and sprikling water , and covering with moist hessain or ponding of water for 7 days including all materials, labour, machinery with all leads and lifts, etc. complete as per specification.

PQC Concrete M-40:- Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete M-40 grade (cast in situ) of trap metal including providing 125 micron thick impermeable plastic sheet membrane over the surface to be covered,coarse and fine aggregates of specified gradation using minimum cement content of 350 kg/cum., approved admixtures, mixing as per the design mix to the specified workability, providing necessary side forms, rails and guidewires, transporting the mix with transit mixers and laying and spreading within fixed form by mechanical auger and compacting with plate vibrator and minimum ten needle vibrators,curing with approved resin based aluminised reflective curing compound and covering with moist hessian or ponding and sprinkling of water for a minimum period of 14 days, Providing and fixing dowels, tiebars, cutting joints, joint-fillers, sealants and all types of joints and finishing to the desired surface texture including all material, labour,machinery with all leads and lifts etc complete.

Providing and fixing pre-cast Parabolic kerb stone ( of RCC M-20 grade) of size 1000x500x200 mm in CC M-20 grade and fixing in line, level, in CC M-15 all as per approved drawing and design etc complete.

Groove Cutting:- Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 mm wide and depth 60mm. .in concrete slab using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 48 hours of casting of bay / slab etc. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 mm. wide at top having depth of 15 mm. as directed by Engineer incharge.

Polysuphide sealent :- Providing to contraction joints polysuphide sealent (Pouring grade) confirming to BS : 5212 - 1989 into sawed groove widened at top for sealent reservoir of specified size and shape as per detailed drawing including fixing Polyethylene foam backer rod of required diameter (appraox. 25% larger than the initial 3 mOne Metric Tonneo 4 mm. joint) overlaid with bond breaking tape as per detailed drawing. Item includes cleaning the joints with water jet / air compressor and allowing joint to become thoroughly dry before sealent is applied and applying primer. (A) Contraction and longitudinal joints (15 mm. deep x 8 mm.wide)

Polyethylene (LDPE) sheet :- Providing and laying 125 micron Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) sheet confirming to IS 3395 : 1997 below concrete pavement including all materials and labour complete.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete.
