M & L for cleaning and washing of inside portion of Static Water Tank of any type and depth , of capacity (100KL TO 135KL ) located in domestic area, with Anti-bacterial agent consisting of following process: - Dewatering the tank by mechanical means as directed, de-silting and removing of left over dirty water up to 100 to 150 mm in the bottom of the tank and sludge with special sludge pump, cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanized high pressure jet machines by rotary jet system at 100-120 Bar pressure (120 Kg /sq cm) which dislodges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus stuck on its surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains and cleaning chemicals if required of make Eureka Forbes Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE, floor of the dirty tank should be thoroughly cleaned up by fry jet cleaner to accumulate all dirt ,the remaining sludge should than be removed by sludge pumps, the dirt silt and other foreign material should further be removed by Industrial Vacuum Cleaners to make the floor totally dirt free, application/spraying of Anti-Bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of tank from the inside, inside of the tank should be treated with specially developed 4 ft long ultraviolet Radiator to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage and applying two coat of cement base paint with and including a coat of primer complete All the above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians, properly dressed along with gum boots, to work as per the direction of Engineer in charg and applying two coats of epoxy based water proofing paint over a coat of primer and writing "Date of cleaning and Next due date of cleaning" on the column of tank at specified location with and including necessarry scalfolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed.
Repairs to crack of brick work including preparing of surface cleaning thoroughly and applying SIKA Top -122 cement based polymer modified trixotropic mortar or any other similar component as per manufacturer instruction finished to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for providing and application of 1:4 cement sand plaster in two layers of 15 mm thick each layer below and above fiber glass cloth sandwitched and applying 3 coats of water proofing acrylic Polymer confirms to DIN 1048 by mixing of 1kg WP Polymer and 1.25 kg of cement for first coat, than laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. then finaly apply 2 coats of WP polymer cement slurry to entire surface and necessary cureing admixed as per manufacture’s instraction with integral water proofing compound Rheomac 707 or equivalent @ 130 ml per bag of cement over the entire area of concrete/brick in static water tank etc with necessary scaf folding and safety measures and other material is required as per direction of manufacturer’s deemed to included with and including taking down old cement plaster racking out joints and removing debbries outside MOD land complete all as specified (Manufacturer name of chemical shall be : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASF)
