Dismantling of existing old unserviceable stay assembly complete (demolition of concrete, etc). of street light poles of any size from any descritpion. Note: Excavation and earth work measured seperately.

Dismantling of old existing concrete poles/struts any size including setting aside for reuse within 50 meters

Taking down old unserviceable street light fittings any type including corroded GI Bracket along with clamps, bolts, nuts etc from pole removing the materials to store for taking credit.

Supply and fix Hot dip galvanised iron octogonal pole of height 9 mtrs for street light fitting minimum galvanising of 70 microns, top 70 mm, bottom 155 mm and 3 mm sheet thickness in single section without any weld joints with square base plate of minimum dimensions 225x225x12 mm with foundation bolts, single arm GI bracket of 900x1000 mm for mounting one or two light fittings, backelite sheet with one 6 A SP MCB and 16 mm stud type connectors - 04 nos inside the pole at the door opening for cable connections, common templates minimum 01 for each 15 poles all fixed and bolted on and including suitable PCC pedestal as per manufacturers recommendations and specifications all as directed (for street/security lights) Mast and pole shaft shall be as per BSEN 10025,IS 5986, ASTM A572 Make of pole: Bajaj/Jindal/Crompton/Shubham
