Laying Paver at Pathway in Post Graduate Govt. College for Girls, Sector-42, Chandigarh

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (As per DSR 4.1.10)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick (As per DSR 11.26.1)

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick baseof cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. Red sand stone (As per DSR 11.28.1)

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (As per DSR 16.68)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (As per DSR 16.83)

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost). (As per DSR 16.84)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement (As per DSR 11.20.2)

Providing and fixing of factory manufactured precast concrete kerb of size 300mm x 300mm having 100mm thickness at bottom & 75mm at top duly vibrated mechanically and compacted made of P.C.C. 1:2:$ duly cured and finished. The rate further including filling of joints between kerb/channels with with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)
