Providing, laying, jointing and fixing G.I pipes 80 mm dia medium Class GI screwed pipes bearing with ISI mark conforming to IS:1239, following sizes with specials including cutting to the required length, threading and jointing with white lead joining compound etc., complete for water supply lines, suction and delivery lines of pumps, laying of pipes in the excavated trenches including cost of all the specials (Such as coupling, nipple, tee, bend, elbow, reducer, union etc.) and testing the line, painting the pipe lines with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make over a coat of primer etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Earthwork excavation will be paid separately under relevant items.
Providing and fixing the following 80mm Nominal bore sizes of gun metal full way gate valves female ends screwed bonnet integral seat non raising spindle class I, ISI marked to IS:778 tested to 20 kg/sqcm hydraulic pressure etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian - Apex or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 20mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge per specifications.
Providing and Fixing 18mm thick Jet black or approved make Granite inaugural plaque with granite stone engraved with artistic letters and golden colour painting for lettering, including cost of labour and material for fixing on a wall all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting of all size of letters, artistic painting of different colours/designs/patterns over board with Enamel Paint including scaffolding erection, surface preparation, Applying putty and back round painting (walls, steel plates, banners etc.)., the rate including cost of labour,material, bursh, , complete to maximum height of 13 meters, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
