Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engineer in charge and making site clean complete all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra, cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc, cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Cement concrete, type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, precast cement concrete block walling in any position, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with AAC block (autoclave aerated concrete) brick work in CM 1:6 ,Straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-20 nominal mix (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in drain Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to faces of drain walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct to the item no. 9 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including taking out and seperating old reinforcement and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engineer in charge and making site clean complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC M-20 Nominal Mix type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, shelves and similar articles set in CM (1:6) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT deformed bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe 500D complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish material from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cm (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5 cm and n. exc 10 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F 10 mm dia MS round bars of any length as in stiffener to chain link fencing fixed to fencing post complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel angle iron or other sections for post and struts in fencing, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) to fencing post, cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, embedding in concrete and screwing etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface of any description n. exc. 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide/ zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling random rubble uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 28 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto courses in hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc. 40 mm of lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 ( 1:3:6, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bond stones set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete,Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate)as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as speified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished material upto a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m including loading/unloading and spreading at the destinaiton if required/directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

Cleaning of existing road side culvert/drain using mechanical means and removing solid/liquid mud,vegitation debries or simillar items and depositing the same n.exc 1.50 Km and including removal & refixing of covers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material as soils not exceeding 50m and at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point and depositing all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded agg) as in Sub-base to floor finishes in foundations,filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying/spreading of sand as in 25 mm thick cushion to precast concrete interlocking paver block incl watering & consolidating all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished colour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, jointed with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix) in edging of path (interlocking paver) and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including form work and finishig all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
