Charges for cutting of existing flange from stand pipe (4.5 inch) of HP Heater 3&4 level transmitter and Gland Cooler II stand pipe, grinding the surface in stand pipe, Welding of new flange in the stand pipe, providing new metallic gasket for new flange, fixing of new Guided wave radar transmitters.

Charges for removing and refitting of accessories in pneumatic control valves & dampers such as E/P converters, air lock relay, air regulators, positioners and position feedback transmitters sending to lab for testing and receiving the tested instruments from lab.

Charges for Replacement of HAD/CAD cylinder (8" Bore and 8 " stroke) which involves following works.i) Removal of existing pneumatic cylinder and its accessories with copper tubings from its location to pocket store.ii) Loading, transporting andunloading of new pneumatic cylinder from central/local store to field location.iii) Fixing the new pneumatic cylinder and refixing the accessories such as air regulator, I/P converter with SS tubings.

Charges for Replacement of burner tilt cylinder(10" Boreand 16 " stroke) which involves following works.i) Removal of existing pneumatic cylinder and its accessories with copper tubings from its location to pocket store. ii) Loading, transporting and unloading of new pneumatic cylinder from central/local store to field location.iii) Fixing the new pneumatic cylinder and refixing the accessories such as air regulator, I/P converter with SS tubings.

Removing the terminal connections, Replacing the broken terminal blocks and reconnecting the terminal connections and checking in Various Junction boxes at Boiler, turbine and mill area.

Charges for rectification and welding of broken doors in junction boxes.

Charges for opening and cleaning of all impulse lines and catch pots in mills, Flue gas, primary and secondary air paths.

Charges for cutting and welding of takeoff catch pots in mills, flue gas, primary and secondary air path.

Charges for replacement of defective 1” root valve in HP/LP Heaters which involves the cutting and welding of 2 joints in 1” CS Impulse line .

Charges for replacement of defective drain valve (3/8”) for high-pressure transmitter.

Charges for removing existing leaky 3/8” SS impulse line and worn out connectors, cutting and bending the new line as necessary, fixing SS connectors with nut and ferrule in the line and connecting back the new line without leaks in high pressure transmitters.

Charges for removal and refixing of all types of RTD/thermocouples.

Charges for Overhauling of Servo valves for HP/LP bypass system.
