M&L for repair and servicing to squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415V, 7.5 HP Kirlosker make by dismantling of motor from the pump set removing the starter/rotor separately, cleaning, varnishing, heating and drying re-erecting, aligning with the pump, testing, including replacement of nuts , bolts and washers, bearings of suitable size all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 1 but of squirrel cage induction motor of cap 1.5 HP.

All as per item No 1 but of squirrel cage induction motor of cap 0.5 HP. Note for Ser No 1 to 3 :- Cost of All Spares such as Bearing, Gland, Shaft sleeves, GM Bush, Rubber bush, impeller etc as per site, required to replaced if any shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no any extra cost paid for spares separately.

M & L for Repairing/overhauling of spilt cage centrifugal pump set coupled with 1.5 HP motor by replacing of unserviceable parts like bearings, sleeves bushes, bearings housing shaft, gunmetal impeller etc. assembling the pump with new packing materials, nuts and bolts, washers and checking the alignment connecting up delivery, suction pipes and testing complete all as directed.

All as per item No 4 above but pump 0.5 HP. Note for Ser No 4 & 5 :- Cost of All Spares such as Bearing, Gland, Shaft sleeves, GM Bush, Rubber bush, impeller etc replaced if any shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no any extra cost paid for spares separately.

M & L for Rewinding of centrifugal motor of capacity 7.5 HP, assembling and rewinding the motor with suitable size of copper enamelled winding wire and insulating materials, varnishing of pump set, bushes and any other parts require for proper functioning re-assembling, connecting and testing complete.

All as above Item No 6 but Mono block pump set 1.5 HP capacity

All as above Item No 6 but Mono block /submersible pump set 0.5 to 1.0 HP capacity

All as above Item No 6 but open well Submersible ump set 7.5 HP capacity

M&L for removing the submersible Non clog pump set of capacity 1.0 HP including column pipes and submersible cables complete from the existing open well of any depth by any suitable method i.e. either manual/ vehicle mounted motorized system and disconnecting the pump and motor to locate the faults in presence of Engr - in - charge and carry out repairs, including transporting's to Wksp and reassembling after repairs, complete including lowering after repairs and testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/overhauling of submersible pump set up to 1.0 HP capacity, and any stage by replacing bushes, impeller thrust bearings, strainer, nuts and bolts, washers, pump shaft remetalling, grinding, polishing, greasing complete reassembling the pump and testing, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Servicing of star delta starter for pump set 0.5 HP by replacing over load relay of suitable range coil, spare kit for contactor, terminals, short pieces of copper wire duly crimped with bottle lugs etc and any other spares as required for proper functioning and monitoring of pump set all as specified and directed. Note:- Spares replaced if any shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items.

Dewatering/bailing out raw sewage and scratching the inner surface of the open RCC sewage collection tank of size 25.5 m³ including Coarse Bar Screen Chamber of size 1.6 m x 0.4 m x 0.6 m, and Oil and Grease Chamber of size 2.8 m x 0.75 m x1.7 m with the help of wire brush, steel Patti and emery paper and removing any silt, sludge, raw material of sewage from the well with the help of any T & P as required and throwing it away 100 mtr from the STP and painted internally and externally with cement base paint and also writing name of the tank and date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing sludge from walls /floor of one Nos Equalization tank of 100 KLD STP with the help of wire brushes ,steel patti and emery paper and depositing where directed by Engineer - in - Charge at a distance 100 mtr away from outer wall of STP and also including of M & L for painting to walls externally with super enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and also writing name of the tank and date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning, removing and bailing out stagnated sewage or sludge from walls/floor and any light particle with the help of wire brushes ,steel patti and emery paper from MBBR reactor steel tank for 100 KLD STP each and taking out damaged and unbroken MBBR media without any damage and refilling it in each MBBR with old unbroken media cleaning of inner and outer surface of MS pipe placed in MBBR and removing any sludge particle from it and also including of M & L for painting to walls externally with super enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and also writing name of the tank and date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

(b) The rate quoted by contractor is for cleaning of tank once in six month one time cleaning only.

Cleaning of existing DMF by opening the lid and removing complete manually, remove water strainer and refix the same after necessary modification, cleaning and topping of media as required quantity of size 700 mm dia and also including of M & L for painting internally and externally with super enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and also writing name of the filer and date of cleaning complete all as directed.

Cleaning of existing Activated Carbon Filter by opening the lid and removing complete manually, remove water strainer and refix the same after necessary modification, cleaning and topping of media as required quantity of size 700 mm dia and also including of M & L for painting internally and externally with super enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and also writing name of the filer and date of cleaning complete all as directed.

Removing silt sludge and other raw material from kaccha drain with the help of JCB/Tractor and removing the sludge and depositing the same 50 mtr away from the starting edge of drain complete all as required at site .Note - All cost of T&P and other safety measures should be taken by the contractor with out any extra cost complete all as directed.

Taking out solid dry sewage waste from sludge drying beds of size 2.4 m x 2.4 m x1.2 mtr and removing to a distance not exc 50 mtr from outer edge of Sewage treatment plant for further disposal complete all as directed.

Repair, maintenance, servicing to Chlorine dosing pump of any capacity by disconnecting both side inlet/outlet pipe line and electric connections including cleaning, greasing the internal parts, checking the serviceability of individual items, identification of the defective parts, replacing the Unserviceable spares, gaskets, gland etc. all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) Unserviceable parts replaced if any shall be measured & paid separately under respective items. (2) Quoted rate shall be included all minor parts which are required to make plant serviceable including following Spares(a to f). M & L Framed work of grade Fe 410 W (grade -E- 250) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, support frame for pumps, ladders inside the sumps etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified.

M & L demolition of cement concrete in ground floors / paving's/Hard standing below/above ground level complete all as specified .

M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in road cutting/floor cutting etc complete all as specified .
