Cover), C Shape Square SS Handle - 450mm, Locking Arrangement etc. all fittings for doors/partitions (including SS fittings) required to make functional all as specified and directed

M&L for fabrication and fixing BWP (Boiling water Proof) solid block Board 19 mm thick conforming to IS 1659- 2004 to be used ,inside depth not less than 0.50 metre. All the exposed surface which are or can be visible to be covered with 1.0 mm th. Sunmica of Approved colour, shade and finish. The surface which will come in contact with wall/ masonary/tiles etc shall be premiered with Appropriate Wood primer mixing Approved Antitermite chemical and pasting 250-micron water proof Plastic Sheet with appropriate adhesive. All the Pastings to be done with water resistant Adhesive. Any Butt joint should be strengthen with Screw and Fissures inserted with appropriate pasting compound. Shutters of storage unit to be formed out of 19 mm thick BWP ply and faced with 1.0 mm thick Sunmica. Provide shelf etc. made of 19 mm thick BWP B.B., polished to engineer-in-charge's approval. Complete Including with all necessary fittings like knobs, magnet catcher, running track for sliding, hinges any type, ball catchers, SS tower bolts 150mm , locks,SS handles 300mm long, adjustable shelves etc. as per directions of Engineer Incharge. Inside surfaces to be finished with 1.00 mm thick Sunmica and outer exposed surface with 1.00 mm th. Sunmica. Cupboard depth of 600- 750 mm. (Note: 1.Rates inclusive of solid block board, adhesives, fittings/fixtures, Sunmica and plastic sheet etc and shall not be paid separately. 2.Front facing area shall only be considered for payment complete all as sepecified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made Two track two shutter sliding window with frame ( Colour of frame - Black/white/brown and texture as per the direction of Engr-in -charge /GE ) & 5.5 mm thick glass (As approved by GE) panes fixed (Two nos. glazed ) made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 (+) (-) 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/ double glazing bead of appropriate dimension uPVC white colour sliding glazed window comprising uPVC multi chambered frame with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 (+) (-) 0.2 mm thick alvanized mild steel section made from roll forming porcess of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile) including appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing grame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate inclusive of (Single/ double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent and shall not be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as sepecified and directed.

S&F Factory made UPVC Collapisable mesh system for doors/windows/any opening, featuring high quality UPVC Profiles for frame and housing ( colour of frame as per the direction of Engr-in-charge/GE), Mesh Material should be high strength non corrosive stainless steel (SS 304 or 316 ) or Fibre mesh in pleated/collapsoble form, mechanism should be smooth sliding in vertical/horizontral folding with tension cord for stability, Frame should be multi chambered UPVC Profile ( approx 30 mm X 70 mm or similar ) with necessary sliding track including magnetic closing strip,rollers,guide rails,handles,EPDM gaskets and GI Fastners for fixing to wall/ any other surface, complete all as specified and dirceted.

Providing and fixing sand stone (Colour as approved by GE) cladding in (wall lining) any shape at all heights with 18 to 20 mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with adhesive (not to be paid separately) in proportion as per manufacture's specification, including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade at all levels including cutting, making recesses in stone slab, drilling holes, rubbing, polishing, curing, and scaffolding etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for ultra charged vitrified tiles 10-15mm thick (or thickness as specified by manufacture), (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm (including 2400mmx800mm size) but not exceeding 2 Sqm in flooring set and jointed in premium epoxy grout (Kajaria KE-100 or equivalent) to match the colour of tiles and including bedding of average thickness 6mm thick premium tile adhesive kajaria CX-1 or equivalent for laying of tiles on brick/concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rates Inclusive of Premium epoxy grout, premium tile adhesive and shall not be paid separately).

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
