Annual Maintenance Contract for maintaining Air Conditioning systems in 30 nos. CAT Equipment [11 nos. CAT 777D Dumper, 15 nos. CAT 777E Dumper, 02 nos. CAT D11T Dozer, 01 no. CAT992K Pay loader and 01 no. CAT14M Motor Grader] working at Nigahi Project, NCL at site Scope of Work: (1) To make operative the Air Conditioning system fitted in Operator cabin of all 30 nos. CAT Equipment [11 nos. CAT 777D Dumper, 15 nos. CAT 777E Dumper, 02 nos. CAT D11T Dozer, 01 no. CAT992K Pay loader and 01 no. CAT14M Motor Grader] at Nigahi Project at beginning of the contract. The spare parts required if any will be provided by NCL except Refrigerant and Compressor Oil. Manpower and Technical Supervision to be provided by contractor for fitment of spares for maintenance of AC during contract period (2) One year period (365 days) for each equipment will be counted separately from the date from which the cabin AC of Operator cabin becomes operative.(3) To carry out Periodic and schedule inspection and maintenance of Entire Air Conditioning system as per check list and OEM recommendation. Thorough inspection of AC system performance by team consisting of System specialist with helper in line with the check sheets and OEM recommendations. Ensuring proper cooling within the operator cabin. (4) Refilling and top up of Refrigerant and compressor oil as and when required to maintain proper cooling in Operator cabin of Equipment. This includes (a) Leakage test with nitrogen at every joint by means of applying soap solution. (b)Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump. (c) Refrigerant charging (R-134a) with the adjustment of high and low pressure cut offs. (5) Refrigerant used by you should comply recommendation of Govt. agency.(6)To attend and rectify any break down/ repair within 08 hours after being informed by SMS / email/ on their registered mobile no /email. etc.(7) To assist in planning and procurement of spares for maintenance and repair of stocking at our end Note-Compressed Air for cleaning purpose of job, Water & Electricity if required for doing the job covered under AMC will be provided by NCL. Spares will be provided/supplied departmentally except Refrigerant and Compressor oil, which has to be provided by contractor.

CAT14M Motor Grader) working at Nigahi Project, NCL as per scope of work including labour charges, charges for Refrigerant, compressor oil, tools tackles, profit, cmpf/pf charges etc. at Nigahi Project, NCL.
