REPAIR AND MAINT OF HOT WATER APPLIANCES AT LGJ MIL STN UNDER GE LALGARH JATTAN

M&L for disconnecting of electric connection and dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity400/ 500 ltrs (five panels) per day including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete and refixing after repairing the system fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for :-(a) Making good the worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union sockets, flanges and screws etc.(b) Dismantling the solar panel descaling of hot water pipes by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube thoroughly cleaning the complete panel, making the tubes scale free and re-assembling the panel.(c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks. (d) All other materials shall be measured and separately under respective items.

Ditto all as per item No 1.00 above but of capacity 1500 ltrs (15 panel) per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ditto all as per item No 1.00 but of capacity upto 100/200 /300 ltrs (two/three panel) per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement solar energy master collector panel of size (1m X 2m) made of aluminium body with toughened glass compete with copper fins of capacity 100 ltrs (one panel) per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement solar energy collector panel of size (1m X 2m) made of aluminium body with toughened glass compete with copper fins of capacity 100 ltrs (one panel) per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, solar panel toughened glass (1m X 2m) having thickness 5 mm all as per the existing model of system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, solar panel gasket made out of fine rubber to make system air tight, dust and water proof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing, as in replacement, copper tubes dia 1/2 inch and length 2m with collectors fins for solar energy collector panel complete of same dia and thickness as per existing, brazing by copper alloy brazing rod with the existing inlet/outlet hot/cold water pipes to make the panel water tight complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing compressed glass wool 48 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminum body panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in replacement, aluminium sheet cover 25 gauge as per existing size to protect glass wool on solar energy collector panel, fixing with frame of solar panel by means of screws all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as recommended by manufacturer.
