Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved) outdoor type, dust & vermin proof, IP-54 feeder pillar box made out of 3.15 mm CRCA steel sheet of suitable size and angle iron 40 mm x 40mm x 6 mm, powder coated over one coat of red oxide primer suitably grouted in PCC (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size 700mm x 300mm x 600mm on adjecent pair of leg and net cementing the same. The feeder pillar box shall duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer (internally and externally) on the surface. Including bus bar, internal wiring with PVC insulated single core cables of copper conductor of suitable size duly numbered with tags for the circuits with hinged double door shutters (front & rear), cubical type locking arrangement and slanted roof. The panel board shall comprise of following items & all as specified in SSR Part-I clause No 19.21. Supply and laying Galvanised steel tubing 25 mm bore, light grade fixed in electrical pole, walls or laid in floors including flat iron clamps of suitable size, with nuts, bolts, etc. for protection of electrical connection cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Supply & Fix Modular Switch, two way 6 Amp, 230 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/digging of existing surface of cement concrete/bituminous road of size not less than 45cm in width and 20cm deep for laying of cable and making good to disturbed surface by providing PCC or any other materials as per existing surfaces after laying cable including returning filling complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be the thickness after punning down.

Material & Labour for laying brick sub class 'B' (locally available best quality) burnt bricks for cable protection laid in dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
