Taking down chaukhats in window including stacking serviceable materials…do…do E/l [sor bcd 5.10.11]

Providing two coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing, cleaning, and preparing the walls , scaffolding, washing the floor and taxes all complete as per building specificatons and directions of E/l [bcd 5.8.20]

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) [BCD SOR - 5.3.1.1]

Supplying fitting and fixing M.S. 40x40x4mm is2062 Grade A M.S. angle, hoisting steps, welded with 6mm dia and 75mm long M.S. rods, anchorage fixed in concrete steps at the time of casting including taxes all complete as per direction of E/l.[bcd 5.5.33]

Supplying, fitting and fixing fully glazed sleel door,window or ventilation of standard rolled 'Z' and mullion steel section and size as per IS-1038 joints met and welded with 100x16x3mm M.S. lugs fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) blocks 15x10xx10cm, size including cost of oxidised iron fittings with hinges, handles per steps, catch springs, 3mm thick plain glass panes with Aluminium beads and inner frame fixed with lugs with 20mm long 6.3mm G.I. counter sunk machine screw and nuts and applying a coat of red lead paint carriage to work site hoisting and placing in position in all storys and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction and of E/I. Supplying fitting and fixing 35mm thick solid core type decorative single leaf flush door shutter with both sides decorative veneered with black board core bended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resin of standard make with Aluminium fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, handles, cleats and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.[5.4.32]

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality confirming to IS 15622 of approved make, in colour white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grrey cement [email protected]/sqm including grouting the joints with cement and matching pigments etc complete as per specification and direction of E/l (DSR 2023-11.39)
