MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL WORKS AT BPCL MCI

Miscellaneous Civil Works at BPCL MCI Mangalore Coastal Installation (MCI) is a BPCL POL location on the western coast of India in the outskirts of Mangalore City. MCI caters to different sales areas of Mangalore Retail Territory, Gulbarga Territory, Calicut territory, Rescue loads to Belgaum Territory and I&C. 2. During annual external inspection of tanks, it was observed that water is getting stagnated on the annular plate of Above ground vertical tanks. Also gap is observed between tank foundation and annular plates at few places. This will lead to corrosion of annular plates and tank settlement if unattended. Also the steps of MCC building which act as entry to transformer yards and DG room was found in a bad shape. This also needs to be corrected for better safety of the personals approaching the transformers and DG room. Also Fire water is replenished through submersible pump in natural pond within MCI premises. It is not functional and require major overhauling. MCI also has 2 nos of DFMD which is faulty and require urgent repair. Bidders are invited to bid for the same OK
