Engineering, Design and construction of boundary wall of 1.83 mtr height above plight height in RR stone masonry of 300 MM thickness. This includes excavation of earthwork, laying cement concrete in 1:4:8. Stone masonry from top of cement concrete to required plinth level with top section as 450 mm thick as per directions of EIC. This also includes construction of RR stone masonry pillars of size 450x450 mm at an interval of 3.00 mtr and for expansion joint at 30 meter interval. Pillar should have a cement concrete block at top of size 450x450x450 mm of mix 1:2:4 matching the top level of stone masonry boundary wall. This also includes steel railing of approved drawing which should be embedded in cement concrete block. The top of boundary wall should be finished with a cement concrete coping of thickness 50mm and having a projection of 0.05 meter from either side and both face of boundary wall should be finished with plaster CM 1:6 and finishing with weather coat on wall and enamel paint on steel railing etc. as per direction of EIC

Cm, 40 x 20 x 20 Cms size (l.b.h) conforming to ISS 2185-1967 including necessary curing etc., complete. Road Works:
Design and construction of roads and walkways/shoulders within sub-station or outside the station as per specification, layout, sectional detail drawing (To be furnished by the successful bidder) and directions of Engineer-in-charge of work etc. complete in all respect. STORM WATER DRAIN, DECK SLAB CULVERT/PIPE CULVERT FOR DRAIN CROSSINGS:Design, Engineering and construction of Strom water drain, deck slab culvert and pipe culverts with the following items of work
i) Earth work excavation for foundation, pipe line and drainages and removing the excavated earth to a distance not exceeding 50m and with a lift upto 1.50m. In hard soil

Control Room Building: Design, Engineering, supply of all labour, materials equipments, tools and plants etc., and construction of Control Room building (RCC M-20 grade) as per the drawing, directions of the engineer incharge of the work with the following items of work. water supply, sanitary ( internal and external ) electrification/illumination, construction of various cable ducts comming within the building are in the scope. The building shall be designed for 3nd floor office loads. The scope is for construction of ground, first, second and third floor with stair case cabin.
GIS Hall Building: Design, Engineering, supply of all labour, materials equipments, tools and plants etc., and construction of Control Room building (RCC M-20 grade) as per the drawing, directions of the engineer incharge of the work with the following items of work. water supply, sanitary (internal and external ) electrification/illumination, construction of various cable ducts comming within the building are in the scope. CIVIL WORKS FOR UNDERGROUND CABLE WORKS
Cutting Black Bitumen surface up-to any depth including all layers of crust for laying Power Cables etc, staking of useful material and disposal of surplus debris including all leads including barricading, providing danger board/diversion board, lighting, reflectors etc.
Horizontal Direct Drilling (Trenchless Digging) method (with 250mm dia HDPE Pipe of minimum 6 PN and strength complying ISS) wherever open cut method cannot be adopted. (for double circuit with 3 cable core in each circuit. (If required)
Earth work in excavation for buried cable trenches/foundations including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 2.5 mtr. including taking out the excavated soil & backfilling of jhiri with watering & ramming , timbering & shoring ( wherever required ) disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with all lead and lift including barricading, providing danger board/diversion board, lighting, reflectors etc.
Providing and laying of Cement concrete including curing, etc using stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size (crusher broken) in foundation plinth, excluding the cost of shuttering using 1 cement: 4 sand: 8 stone aggregate (For equipment foundation, junction box etc.)
P&L cement concrete in R.C.C. work in foundation ,rafts, footings, strap beams ,bases of columns etc., including curing ,compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 sand) and making good the joints , excl., the cost of centring and shuttering and reinforcement :M-20 grade mix 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size (For equipment foundation, junction box , culvert etc.)

Providing and fabricating steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work bending ,placing in position and binding complete including cost of binding wire in foundation ,raft footing ,strap beams base of column etc., up to plinth level hot rolled deformed (I.S.1139) cold twisted (I.S.1786)bars (For equipment foundation, junction box \ etc.)

Providing & Fixing of steel fabrication made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with hold fast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.
Providing ,Laying and Jointing RCC class NP-2 Non Pressure pipes (IS:458 Mark ) of approved make with collars, jointed with CM 1:2 or having Spigot and socket ends with flexible rubber rings joint including testing of joints etc. complete: 450 mm D
Providing & Fixing of Reinforced Ferro Cement Cable Trench Covers designed for 'A' & 'AA' loading duly marked on cover with adequate reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 100 mm anti corrosive bitumen pained MS plate Rim and MS lifting hooks admixtures like plasticizer bond -improving compound, shrinkage resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design ( For cable joint box) (For any span)
Providing & Laying HDPE pipe heavy duty of approved make jointed with solvent cement
(i) 250 mm dia. (for double circuit each circuit with 3 cable cores)
(ii) HDPE PLB Duct for Optical Fiber Cable (2x24 F Fibre OFC)
Supply and laying inter locking RCC cable covers as per approved drawing
Supply, spreading of clean river sand in the cable trench and cable joint pit as per specification.

Maintenance Service [these charges shall be applicable after the completion of guaranteed performance period of cable system for 4 years excluding of item/ material/ equipment already covered for performance guarantee of 5 years.The charges shall be payable on actuals
Maintenance services per visit towards any breakdown of cable system which includes services of expert engineers, technicians alongwith necssary tools/ tackles, testingnequipments, fault locating equipments to detect the faults and its subsequent ractification, re-testing and restoring the electric supply through cable system for both cable circuits
Add: Any other item bidder may require to complete the GIS as well as EHV XLPE Cable System as per specification requirements
Over head line
Detail survey as per tentative route: - Which includes the following major activities-Pegging of line route, providing of survey pillar at an interval of 3-4 KM in the line route with required jungle clearance for survey, profile preparation of approved route on graph sheet and marking of offset on either side of line, marking of side clearance for hills, sand dunes etc, as per specification and tower scheduling.
Check survey as per approved route of line which inclused: re-checking of line route as per approved profile, chainage, tower centre marking, pit marking, bisection of angle towers as required at site.
Excavation:- Excavation excluding backfilling including shoring shuttering dewatering etc up to the required depth as per foundation Specification Drawing
(i) Any soil soft rock other than hard rock
(ii) Hard rock with blasting subject to permission or without blasting
Setting of template & stub/anchor or bolts;- Setting of template &Stub/Anchor Bolt & Removal after concreting excluding cost of excavation and concreting but including backfilling with excavated/ borrowed earth (with lead & lift) in layers with ramming and watering as per specification.

Concreting:-Providing an
d laying cement concrete for all types of foundation as per latest ISS:456 including cement sand, stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size, water etc. Preparing surface, shuttering, mixing, placing, ramming, curing, finishing s per specification and drawings

Steel Reinforcement:
Cutting, bending, welding of joints if required, fixing and placing of steel reinforcement as per specification and drawings including material.
Earthing:
(A) Earthing of towers with pipe type earthing excluding the supply of pipes, wires, flats & connectors, but including coke/charcoal, etc. excavation, auguring and back filling in all types of soil.
Erection of Tower - Erection of superstructure including D- shackles, Hangers, U-bolts, Step Bolts, ACD, Danger Plate, Phase Plate, Number Plate, Tack welding of bolts and nuts & including application of zinc rich paints.
i) Erection of towers (with extension up to 9 meters)
Stringing of 24 fiber (DWSM) OPGW fibre optic cable
Installation of Joint Box (24 Fibers)
Survey of existing Transmission Lines alongwith Bays and Buses at terminal substations
Required strengthening of existing Tower Cross Arms, additional Towersetc. for meeting the required ground & safety clearance requirements after laying new offered HTLS conductor as per various spans mentioned in the enclosed Tower Schedule of various lines in the technical specification.
