Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) & removing from site area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) & removing from site area exc 1.5 Sqm & n. exc 4.00 sqm each complete all as directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exceeding 1.0 sqm but not exceeding 2.0 sqm for each leaf all as specified.

Taking down Shutters of any description not exceeding 1.0 sqm for each leaf all as specified.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position for framed work complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 30 mm thick factroy made solid panel PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuct inside the solvent cement for style and single side pre laminated PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification .

Material and labour for powder coated anodised aluminium door and chowkhats made out of hollow extruded aluminium section as mentioned below. Each door shall be provided with 02 Nos disc or D type aluminium handles, 02 Nos aluminium tower bolts 200 mm long, one brass mortice lock of six levers with key in duplicate and shall be regulated by provided double action hydraulic floor door spring/hydraulic door closer. Shutter to be partly glazed with and including 5 mm thick tinted glass and partly panelled with and including 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative laminations on both sides, rubber beading/gasket, anodised aluminium beading, screws complete in all respect all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
