M & L for servicing of LT distribution panels of AC plant complete cleaning of panel incluiding CTs and bus bar chamber, welding of hinges including replacement of internal wiring with copper wire (as per existing size) including replacement of thimble as per existing size / type, with two coats of epoxy based paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : - Major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately and cost of all miscellaneous material and minor parts shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

M & L for repair and servicing of cooling tower of capacity 10 TR capacity AC Plant, dismantling of cooling tower for removing of top cover and PVC Fins, adjustment of fins with proper way, replacement of unserviceable nozzle, fills, replacement of rusted nuts, bolts with wahsers etc and clearing bottom tank to remove mud and dust and painting the supporting structure cooling tower with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and inner side of the tank with bituminous paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The replaced parts Nozzle shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and fixing spare parts for item No 20 Float valve assembly 25mm dia.

Replacement of fins of cooling tower .

Dismantling of compressor of make SMC - 365 series of capacity varying from 10 TR without any damage to the serviceable equipments and over hauling the same by replacing unserviceable / worn out parts with new parts including necessary machine work to the piston housing, crank shaft, discharge valve plate etc for proper repair, Charging of refrigerant gas (R-22) and compressor oil up to the required level to achieve the desired cooling and rectifying other defects, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make- AXCEL 10 TR (Note: The replaced parts, refrigerant gas & compressor oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Taking down Electric induction motor (Make:Crompton) squirrel cage type 3 phase 415 volt with drive pully from the base, dismantling the motor, removing all brunt wires from the slottes, cleaning the slottes, rewinding the motor with sutable gauge super anamelled copper wire, heating, varnishing with proper grade varnish, refixing of bearings with proper alignment of shaft, re-assembling properly and testing complete and re-fixing in position complete for 15 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

57-Opening the upper sheet and side sheet of AHU’s of the following plants for access to cooling coil, M&L for washing/cleaning of cooling coil externally with mild acid (or caustic soda hot water solution) followed by water jet including cleaning/washing of air filters and re-fixing

58-M&L for checking the leakage in both low and high side of the system by feeding dry nitrogen to maintain adequate pressure in the system, plugging the leaks including S&F replacement of Teflon sealing of all refrigerant line valves like liquid lines valves/ suction/ discharge valves of compressors, gland packages of all angle valves flaring of all connections framing welding etc complete for the following plants:

AC plant of capacity 3x10 TR-Plant for 58 Shed.

AC plant of capacity 3x10 TR-Plant for 59 Shed

M&L for Spray painting of AC plant complete with two coats of approved colour on various equipments of the plant such as compressors, motor, condenser, (wherever applicable), pumps, condenser piping, (wherever applicable), MS mounting structure, etc at 58 & 59 shed complete all as specified and directed.

Vacuum the system and after maintaining vacuum for 24 hours supply and charge refrigerant gas HCFC 22 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Mafron/ Refron

M & L for repair / Overhauling of mono block pumping set 3 to 5 HP including replacement of GM gland, remetaling, turning & polishing of pump shaft etc testing, commissioning and installation at site complete all as specified and directed.
