WATER-COOLED SCREW TYPE CHILLER UNIT (2W + 1S) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory designed, pre-fabricated and floor-mounted AHRI/ISEER certified screw type water-cooled chiller machine of nominal capacity 120 TR (Allowable tolerance upto 2.5% on lowerside), complete with semi-hermatic screw compressors having single refrigerant circuits and automatic stepless capacity control, water-cooled S/T type condenser, S/T horizontal flooded type evaporator with carbon steel shell and seamless copper tubes with elastomeric insulation, suitable numbers of squirrel cage induction motors of appropriate rating with class 'B' insulation, unit mounted variable frequency drive (VFD) along with necessary drive arrangement, lubrication system as per manufacturer's design required for smooth and trouble-free operation of the chiller package, common base-frame, interconnected copper refrigerant piping along with elastomeric insulation, fittings, valves, expansion valves and accessories to interconnect compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve, microprocessor based control panel comprising of controls including sensors and equipped with a LCD touchscreen access input system, protection and monitoring devices to perform control functions, wiring, vibration isolators, gauge panel, automatic safety controls, flow switch at evaporator and condenser connection ends and ozone friendly, CFC-HCFC free 134a refrigerant complete all as specified of MAKE- VOLTAS, TRANE, YORK, CARRIER, BLUESTAR.
The chiller shall conform to the following requirements / specifications: [i] Chilled water inlet/outlet temperature: 12/7 ˚C [ii] Evaporator fouling factor: not less than 0.044M2K/W [iii] Evaporator side pressure drop: 42.45 Kpa [iv] Condenser water inlet/outlet temperature: 32/36 ˚C [v] Condenser fouling factor: 0.088M2K/W [vi] Condenser side pressure drop: 37.8 Kpa [vii] Minimum COP @ 100% load: not less than 5.2 at ISEER condition [viii] Minimum ISEER/ IPLV- not less 7.5 KW/KW as per ISEER or IPLV Not less than 9.451 KW/KW [ix] Refrigerant (Ozone friendly type): R134a [x] Test standard: ARI 550 / 590 NOTES: [i] The quoted rate shall be inclusive of variable frequency drive (VFD) configured in accordance with site parameters, victaulic coupling and system integrator capable of giving industry standard (Modbus/BACnet) output to BMS for critical parameters. [ii] Mapping shall be required for all critical points displayed on the chiller control panel. The chiller shall be BMS compatible and shall have RS485 / RS232 serial communication protocol. [iii] The unit shall be suitable for 3- Phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC electric supply,with a built-in microprocessor based control panel. [iv] Initial / first charge of refrigerant gas & lubrication oil shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION PUMP (2W + 1S) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock, self-priming, single-stage centrifugal pump, capable of 20 LPS discharge at 16 MWC head, having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced BRONZE impeller carbon steel pump shaft, gland packed sealing, deep groove ball bearings, etc. with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having class 'B' insulation, IE3 efficiency, conforming to IS 12615: 2018 and suitable for operation on 3-Ph, 415 V±10%, 50 Hz AC supply, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz. pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting duly insulated with FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR) of appropriate thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. INDUCED DRAUGHT COUNTERFLOW TYPE FRP COOLING TOWER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of rectangular / round shape, vertical, induced draught counterflow type FRP cooling tower of 150 TR size with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer, having tough fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, FRP basin, rigid honeycomb type PVC fill of suitable thickness, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes, FRP drift eliminator, energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blades pitch, IE3 TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for operation on 3- Ph, 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply with IP 65 protection for enclosure, conforming to IS 12615: 2018, inlet, outlet, drain and over-flow nozzle connections, etc. complete with accessories along with suitable foundation as per manufacturer's recommendations as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. FIRE DAMPER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 gauge GI fire damper, at least of 120 minutes fire-rating, spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C complete with smoke detector / thermister, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation, located in the SA / RA ducts, at all fire rated crossoevers (shafts, walls, etc.). along with control panel (located in such a way that the reset can easily be done), interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC to trip / close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone and tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANT Comprehensive maintenance comprising of routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance of chilled water type central air conditioning plant of capacity 120 TR x 3 (Two working and One Standby) comprising of AHU installed, comprising of all devices and accessories through out 12 months on all days including sundays & holidays for a period of 03 years after expiry of defects liability period (i.e. 24 months after completion of all Phase II tests) all as specified and directed and as shown below:-
(a) 1st year after expiry of defect liability period.
(b) 2nd year after expiry of defect liability period.
(c) 3rd year after expiry of defect liability period.
NOTE:- (a) The contractor shall conclude MOU with OEM of CHILLER PLANT and be responsible for periodical maintenance, as per maintenance schedule attached and specified including renewal / replacement of parts, fittings / fixtures filling of refrigerant gas etc required for smooth functioning of the plant as per manufacturers instructions. Periodical inspection as per standard setup by OEM shall be carried out and service report duly signed by OEM or his authorised AGENCY shall be provided to the GE. Payment of AMC shall be released only after submission of Inspection Report to GE. (b) The Contractor shall maintain proper records of all kinds of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly or whatsoever maintenance is carried out during contract period in a binded book / register and shall obtain the signature of Engineer-in-Charge every fortnightly. (c) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of tools & testing instruments required for maintenance of AC plants. (d) All the breakdown shall be attended within 08 hours failing which a penal recovery of Rs 1,000/- per day shall be recovered from Contractors due payment till system repairs completed satisfactorily for partial breakdown and Rs, 20000/- per day for whole breakdown of system till system repairs completed satisfactorily.
