Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in15cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with stone ballast or 40mm shingle mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shade on wood work,metal licor plastered,concrete surface to give an even shade.

Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete

Providing, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 'C' Class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to Indian Standard IS : 1239/3589 including fittings like tees, bends, sockets, elbows, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground with anti corrosive treatment with wrapping coating tape (4mm pypkote tape) as per IS : 10221 including cost of primer etc. excluding cost of excavation and refilling complete in all resepcts. ;323.9 mm o/d thickness 5.6 mm including epoxy coating

Providing, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 'C' Class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to Indian Standard IS : 1239/3589 including fittings like tees, bends, sockets, elbows, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground with anti corrosive treatment with wrapping coating tape (4mm pypkote tape) as per IS : 10221 including cost of primer etc. excluding cost of excavation and refilling complete in all resepcts c) 150 mm internal Diameter

Supplying, Fixing & lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen as per IS:8110-2000 or latest ISI marked Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode.to lower the strainer into tubewell bore.u) 300 mm Steel Strainer (slot size0.15mm) 8.00 mm thickness

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in charge). a)Class PN-1 as per IS f) 300mm i/d Sluice Valves flanged

G.I. earth pipe (Cutting threads and 36 Nos. holes, 1cm dia. to make a mesh around the GI Pipe) and with G.I. reducing socket including erection of the same, 10.50 metre (34.44 feet) below ground level with 20Kg. charcoal & salt mixture etc., up to 14 metre in length (including boring & refilling). Earthing with 8 S.W.G. (4 mmdia.) G.I.wire in 15mm dia G.I. pipe with G.I. reducing socket 50mm x 15mm (upto 14 Metre in length)

Water proofing of wet areas (Concrete/Masonary Surface) and any water retaining structures such as swimming pools, water tanks, Bathrooms, toilets, balconies, planters etc with high performance polymer modified cementitionous coating(DR.FIXITFASTFLEX/Equivalent ) to provide tough film build-up and highly elastic film formation, which accommodates thermal movements so as to provide seamless coating without any joint stop revents water leakage.The scope of work also includes surface prepration and cleaning,washing and removing dust,dirt and loose particles from concrete/masonary surface complete in all respects.

Excavation by mechanical means(JCB or Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation, including the cost of diversion for traffic, crossing over trenches for access to the houses, watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect.
