REPAIR/RENOVATION OF BATHROOM TILING, SANITARY FITTINGS AND REPAIRS TO SUNKEN FLOOR/WALL OF CERTAIN BATH WC AND MISC WK BY NON-DESTRUCTIVE METHOD AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SERVICE WATER TANK INCLUDING CLEANING AND CERTAIN MISC ITEMS AT CME UNDER GE

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position(cleaning repairing etc measured separately) capacity exc 500 & n.exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt duly spraying diluted bleaching powder and rubbing with wire brushes etc from tank any type (AC or PVC) and from mouth of circulating pipes etc exc 500 ltr n.exc 1000 tlr capacity complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 500 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polythylene water ISI Marked storage tanks double layered (Cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm dia ball brass valces, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and dismantling of old existing tank of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1000 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polythylene water ISI Marked storage tanks double layered (Cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and dismantling of old existing tank of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth

(a) M & L for carrying out NON-DESTRUCTIVE water proofing treatment to sunken slab, floors and walls of bath, WC, WHB and urinals (combined unit) with using non destructive construction chemical methods such as hydrophobic PU grouting, Epoxy coating etc including cleaning of surface with wire brush and detecting the sources of leakages and repairing surfaces all as per manufacturers instructions & directed. NOTE : The rate is inclusive replacement of pipe between wall and bend portion only. (b) M & L for second course injection to the treatment area under item 1 here-in-before .

M&L for carrying out treatment to external walls by the following method:- (a) Taking down loose pointing cracks,vegetation growth moss etc and making good with cemmet mortar/craks to receive the further water proofing treatment (b) Cleaning the stone surfaces with wire brush and washing down with water to make the surfaces dust free and allow the surface to dry. (c) Providing and applying WPT of external walls of stone masonry by applying two coats of water/solvent based silicon coating after cleaning the surfaces thoroughly and sealing all the pointing with cement and sand mortar mixed with WPT addditive all as per the manufacturers specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisescomplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness(below ;or aboved ground level) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate nominal mix as in; subbase 25mm thick all as specified and directed.
