Construction of Community Hall for SC and ST Community at Balikudia Dharmasala Jajpur

CIVIL Works - Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil as per drawing and technical specification including dressing and levelling the bed, sides and bottom and removing the excavated earth and depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5m, including cost, conveyance of all materials, all labour, T&P articles required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, propping and dewatering if required etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m.

Carriage / disposal of excavated surplus earth from the worksite by mechanical means within a lead of 5Km including loading and unloading etc. complete. in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and Filling with Sand in Foundation and Plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compact , top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials , conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc.All compelete as per the dirrection of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and lying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation & floor using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Supplying, diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like Imidacloprid 30.5 % SC or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as Pre-Constructional Anti-termite Treatment confirming to IS 6313 (Part-II) and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. at the rate of 7.5 liters per sqm on vertical surface and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center (or as directed by the manufacturer) including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying Plain Cement concrete (PCC ) of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1½”) size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6”) thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and ,es of all materials with all labour, cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Providing & laying Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with labour, cess and T&P etc. required for the work complete.

RCC WORK - Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position machine batched , machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-20 Including the cost of Centering and Shuttering (minimum cement content not less than 403 Kg/Cum) grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance,loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P , hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator, cost of Admixtures in recommended proportions ( as per IS 9103 ) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement.
