Material and labour for replacing the unserviceable seat and back frame of CHAIR CBA / CBB FD-75 with new suitable seat and back frame made out of IInd class hard wood, frame shall be painted with black enamel paint duly caned with 2mm plastic cane and with 3mm width plastic cane for beading of approved quality to chair CBA/Chair CBB steel with appropriate bolts and nuts to with hold the seat and back frame (04 Nos of bolts with nuts each frame) for the following items complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable hand rest of chair CBA steel FD-75 goderej patern and supply and fix with new hand rest made out of IInd class hard wood, duly painted with black enameled paint all as directed.

Material and labour for replacing the unserviceable plastic / nylon newar of CHAIR VARANDAH FD-19 with approved quality of new 4 mm plastic cane for chair varanda and frame shall be painted with white enamel paint as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable hard rubber/PVC leg bushes(toe) and supply & fix with new one for chair verandah superior quality as approved all as directed.

STEEL ALMIRAH : Removing of dislocated shelves in almirah large/medium steel, repair of shelves by welding revitting etc and refixing the same after painting complete all as directed

REPAIR TO GI CHARPOY FD -220 : Removing the existing broken long rails and supply and fixed new 32mm dia/bore medium grade GI pipe long, rails complete including threading at both side ends and fixing the pipe into position of required length all as required shown as drawing.

Cutting and threading for short rails of size 900mm from broken long rails and thread both side ends as shown on drawing.

Cutting and threading of legs of size 440mm out of broken long rails/ short rails

Supply and fix check nut of size 32mm dia 6mm thick as per IS.

Removing the broken 3 way GI elbow and supply and fix with new 3 way Elbow of 32mm bore as approved quality as per IS.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING OR's FD-165 : Removing the existing damaged / unsereviceable table top,supply and fix new top of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board novapan of required size duly fixed with 3 mm thick teak wood beading alround . The beading shall be french polished.

Removing the unserviceable legs of size 25x25x760 mm supply & fix new legs of size 25x25x760 mm 1.6 mm thicks Ms Square tube duly welded to the frame.

Replacing of unserviceable foot rest supply and fix 25x25x160 mm 1.6 mm thick new Ms Square tube duly welded to the frame.

Replacing of unserviceable Stiffners supply and fix 25x25x515 mm 1.60 mm thick new Ms Square tube duly welded to the frame..

Replacing of unserviceable Wornout PVC shoes/Bushes supply and fix with new suitable PVC shoes/Bushes of approved quality to the legs.

Preparing the old painted frame by sand papering derusting removing the dents & bends painting with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint for table dining OR's.

Removing unserviceable nylon / cotton newar from GI Charpoy and supply and fix 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade( IS: 710) as approved including 2 Nos 40 mm x 6 mm flat iron of length equal to the width of charpoy welded to GI pipe for support and making 10 Nos holes to existing GI pipe and fixing plywood with GI nuts and bolts with washers of required size, the welded portion of Flat iron shall be grinded smoothly and the flat iron surface finished with two coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable cloth tapestry from sofa set 4/5 seater (FD-281/373) and supply and fix new cloth tapestry of approved quality and stitching to the required shape with one side chain and design of foam rubber cushion and fixing to the sofa all as directed by Engineer in Charge. The tapestry cloth got approved by Engineer in Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable foam rubber of size 100mmx525mm x550mm from sofaset 5/4 seater (FD-373/281) and provide 32/40 density of fome rubber cushion of sizes 100mmx525mmx550mm foam rubber and prefixed to the sofa as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing unserviceable ply wood from wooden charpoy and supply and fix 2000 mm x 900 mm x 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade( IS: 710) as approved including fixing plywood with screws, nuts and bolts with washers of required size complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacing the following unserviceable parts of CHAIR DINING FD-16/228/279 with new parts made out of first class hard wood (Teak Wood) dimension, size, pattern of the parts shall be same as the existing type all as shown on drawing/specification and applying french polish one or more coats, finish shall be uniform texture and high gloss to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces with sand paper, levelling the surfaces with filler material like bees wax, chalk powder etc., mixed with polish complete all as specified and as directed

Replacing of rear leg of size 55 x 30mm 890mm.

Material and labour for replacing the following unserviceable parts of CHAIR WRITING FD-250/280 with new parts made out of first class hard wood (Teak Wood) dimension, size, pattern of the parts shall be same as the existing type all as shown on drawing/specification and applying french polish one or more coats, finish shall be uniform texture and high gloss to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces with sand paper, levelling the surfaces with filler material like bees wax, chalk powder etc., mixed with polish complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for replacing the following unserviceable parts of CHAIR EASY FD-17/229 with new parts made out of first class hard wood (Teak Wood) dimension, size, pattern of the parts shall be same as the existing type all as shown on drawing/specification and applying french polish one or more coats, finish shall be uniform texture and high gloss to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces with sand paper, levelling the surfaces with filler material like bees wax, chalk powder etc., mixed with polish complete all as specified and as directed

S & Fixed in repairs new mirror 5 mm thick for Table dressing ladies of approved make with complete frame back all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacing of leg assembly to Bed Hard complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

CANNING OF REPAIRED FURNITURE : RRe - Caning of furniture such as chair of seats/backs with 1.8x0.46 mm plastic cane of approved quality with bordering of 3 x 0.6 mm width plastic cane all alongwith the frame (as ordered).

Material and labour for cleaning the surfaces and removing stains using sand paper, filling cavities, cracks with approved filler material like bees wax, raw-zina, chalk powder etc., mixed with polish, applying high gloss french polish, till the final glossy finish and uniform texture is achieved (undersides/hidden portion directly not visible shall be excluded) for the following items of furniture complete all as specified and as directed.
