SITC of 400 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Dyn 11, indoor ONAN type, copper wound transformer with OFF load tap changing arrangement for tap range + 5% to -15% in steps of 2.5% on H.V. side , having cable end boxes on HV side suitable for 3x70.sqmm XLPE cable of 11 KV grade and 3X240 sqmm 1.1KV cable termination arrangement on LV side complete with all accessories i/c first filling of filtered dehydrated oil and confirming to IS 2026 (Part 1 to Part 5) & as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site. The transformer losses shall be within the limits prescribed as per ECBC 2017 norms or lower.

Supply of 11 KV grade (11 KV Earthed System) XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed, Aluminium Conductor,Armoured Power cable of size 3X70 sq mm, Conforming to IS: 7098 (Part - II) amended upto date.

Supplying of 110 mm outer dia, PE80, HDPE pipe ISI marked to lay in underground as per IS:4984:2016 with latest ammendmants upto date duly ISI marked . Should withstand minimum pressure of 6 Kgf/cm2.

Laying of 110 mm outer dia HDPE along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench etc. , complete as required.

Laying of 110 mm outer dia HDPE along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.direct in ground (120 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench etc. , complete as required.

Laying of one number 3X70 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL /HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11KV grade of 3X70 sqmm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 70 sq mm of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

Cylinderless Clean Agent based ( Zero global warming potential ) Fire Suppression systems, suitable for extinguishing, electrical enclosed panel, fire by automatically triggering the thermo-activated micro capsules of aerosol forming soild compound ( minimum 100 gm aerosol for 1 cum panel space) or equivalent compound with cord minimum 3.5 Mtr for 1 cum panel space activated at 120-175 Degree C temperature(as per requirement of compartment of the panel),in each compartment of the panel conforming to relevant IS and CPWD norms.The system has to be Maintenance free and without any pressurized cylinder,tube, pressure gauge as required.Make and material of Fire Suppression systems required prior approval of EIC.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt complete as required.

Providing and fixing 50 mm X 5 mm Copper strip on surface /recess/on existing GI pipe for connections etc. as required.

Providing and laying of 65 mm dia GI pipe 'B' class below the ground (for laying earth strips in it) including road cutting & excavation upto a depth of 50 cm back filling & sealing of ends with bituminous resin and making good in an approved manner as required

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 50 mm X 5 mm thick Copper strip, 125 mm long, with 4 Nos. of brass bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 50 mm X 6 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 Nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Rubber gloves of 11KV grade as per IS 4770-68.

Supply and fixing of high voltage synthetic insulating mat made of synthetic Elastomer suitable for upto 3.3 KV conforming to IS 15652:2006 with minimum width of 1 metre and thickness of 2.0 mm +/- 10 % (Class-A). Insulating mat should be flexible , anti skid, fire reatrdant, water and moisture proof with no adverse effect of acids,alkalies and transformer oil. Insulating mat should be fixed with suitable adhesive/chemibond , resin,water proofing compound and other sealing materials as per specifications. Insulating mats should be ISI marked alongwith CM/L nos at every meter.
