Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of factory assembled silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 1500RPM of capacity 30 KVA/24KW, 3 phase, 4 wire,415 volt, 0.8 PF, complete with control panel including integrated powder coated acaustic enclosure as per CPCB II with RECD or latest CPCB regulations and duly certified by agencies/labs designated by CPCB for noise and sound pollution level, etc floor mounted including PCC foundation as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following :- (A) DIESEL ENGINE shall be of required capacity for driving 30 KVA alternator multi cylinder, vertical type, 4 stroke, water cooled, electric start conforming to IS : 10001/10002/BS-5514 for continuous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hours complete and comprising of the following :- (i) Radiator cooling (ii) Radiator fan with guard (iii) Flywheel with starter ring (iv) Air cleaner oil bath type (v) Vaccum indicator (vi) Mechanical governor class 1A (vii) Exhaust silencer (viii)Fuel filter & fuel hoses (ix) Fuel injection pump (FIP) (x) Fan & water pump assembly (xi) Lub oil filter & Pump (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type starter motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free lead acid battery as per manufacturers requirement including inter connecting cables/leads with terminals complete with starting/stoping switch, volt meter etc - 01 Set

(xiii) Engine safety shut down system against low lub oil pressure and high water pressure (xiv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charger (xv) Oil filter (xvi) Lub oil cooler (xvii) Suitably designed acoustic enclosure and RECD as per latest CPCB regulations.

(B) ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL digital type having and indicating the following facility: (i) Starting switch on/off (ii) Water temp guage (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator (iv) Lub oil pressure (v) Lub oil temperature (vi) Battery charging meter (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure

(C) ALTERNATOR shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less of 30 KVA continuous operation at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz , three phase four wire system with advance electric voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with + 1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and confirming IS- 13364 or latest ammendement complete- 1 No.

(D) Common fabricated base frame for engine & alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof PCC 1:2:4 type B1 foundation including adequate number of .suitable anti-vibration pads all as per the recommendation of the manufacture- 01 No (NOTE:- Cost of suitable size of PCC foundation is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

(E) Bottom mounted steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capacity not less than 8 hrs continuous operation, inside canopy, with fuel level guage, drain plug, locking arrengements, etc with & including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 40 mm bore medium grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC M-25 cover reinforced with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. 2. On testing,after completion of job ,if desired earth resistence is not found ,the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to govt.

Supply, laying & testing HT Cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum Conductor, 11000 volts grade cross sectional area of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core laid in trenches/ ducts, in pipes or fixed on pole & wall with saddles & screws etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/laying of GI tubing upto 100 mm bore of any discription below/ under existing road surfaces/ apron/ floors etc with using mechanical and/or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing strata after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection, in truly vertical position, of steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-55) 11 metres long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers welded reduction section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including two coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of the pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth wok and PCC for foundation to be measured and paid separately

M&L for MS cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator switch Triple pole mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 200 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door type vertical mounted type complete with locking arrengement,assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolate suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity 10 Amp.complete with DO fuses assambly with one No. operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore grade GI pipe of suitable length worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD incl nut,bolt, washers including taking down existing set all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 mtr wide including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 m in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide including getting out ,in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including leveling spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, factory made, class-HV, Type-1, flat, as per IS 5820, of size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for kiln burnt bricks sub-class`B' (old size), laid flat in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bottom of pit for bed concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling in mass concrete for fixing pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth block, coping of pole etc including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40 mm bore light grade galvanised iron tubing with all necessary GI fittings, fixed to pole or laid under floor / ground / under road crossings for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80 mm bore light grade galvanised iron tubing with all necessary GI fittings, fixed to pole or laid under floor / ground / under road crossings for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable control cable of any type and size from pole/wall/trenches by disconnecting electric connections for repair / replacement of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable HT/LT cable of any type and size from pole/wall/trenches by disconnecting electric connections for repair / replacement of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing HT pole any size/type from foundation in necessary earth work including dismantling of concrete MS clamps nuts, bolts, earth wire, overhead lines conductor, insulators, gaurding cradles and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms fabricated from structural steel section of any type and size, duly bolted from existing position and keeping at side for repair/replacement, all as directed.
