Cutting in earth work by mechanical means or manual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohabited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering whereever required,settling out to required line, level as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer in charge at site according to the HP.PWD specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful materials to be stacked at suitable site as per satisfication of Engineer -in- Charge along with levelling, fine dressing and with all kinds of labour , mechanical tools and equipment and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles, aggregate,sand slates shall be properlystacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all lead and lift through all modes of transportation as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and all surplus excavated earth will be disposed off at approved dumping site which will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Any loss to thepublic and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceableand unserviceable materials shall betheabsoluteresponsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be dully compensated by him in all respect including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete up to plinth level in C.Conc.1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate twenty milimetre nominal size) up to all height and lift including carriage of materials in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/ 230mm/300 mm (one hundred fifty milimetre/two hundred thirty milimetre/ three hundred milimetre) thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all floor levels including carriage of materials in all lead and lift. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm ( one hundred milimetre) thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to all floor levels in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand ) including carriage of materials in all lead and lift. The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 ( two) Nos 6 mm ( six milimetre) dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Providing & Applying Water proofing treatment with Dr. Fixit - FASTFLEX or equivalent with two components polymer modified cementious coating consisting of cementious powder and a polymer liquid in two coats for first coat : clean and saturate surface and then applying a coat of Dr. FAST FLEX by maintenaning a coverage of 6-7 sft. per kg to achieve one mm thickness andthe same process shall ended upto 300 mm vertically. The second coat shall be applied in apposit direction after four six hours of application of first coat then sprinkle sand on top surface of applied Dr. Fixit- FASTFLEX while still tacky over the second coat. Then apply cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 sand) admixed with 200 mL of pidiproof LW @ 200 Ml per 50 kg bag of cement over the floor with the suitable gredient towards drain pipe, while the second coat of Dr. Fixit is still tacky complete upto all floor levels including carriage of materials in all lead anfd lift.

Half brick masonry in Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up all floor levels including carriage of materials in all lead and lift.

Brick work in Cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement : six coarse sand) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Stone soling /filling under floor dully compacted well as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick second class Deodar wood Wire gauge shutter using Stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of dia 0.50 mm and average width of aoerture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors, windows and clearstory windows with necessary screws with ISI ,marked stainless steel butt hinges of required size through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and all incidental charges.through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll with decorative lamination on both sides, inpanelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete upto all floor levels as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge including carriage of materials in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing Glazing with clear toughened Float glass panes of 5.00mm thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/ sqm in aluminium door,window,ventilator shutters and partition etc.with C/neoprens gasket etc. complete up all floor levels as per the archite-tural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge including carriage of materials in all lead and lift. (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.)

Providing and fixing with Toughened glass panes of 6 mm thickness(weight not less than 13.95 kg/ sqm) in aluminium door, window,ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. complete up all floor levels as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts .(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as pern requirement and direction of Engineerin- charge up all floor level including carriage of materials in all lead and lift. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts by mechanical or manual means..(i) 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

Providing and laying 80mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -50 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge up all levels including carriage of materials in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing Pre-painted sand wich Puff roofing with 0.60 mm thickness steel sheet over steel trusses made of cold rolled steel coil with apoxy coating of 25 micron having a puff depth of 50 mm and weight of puff 35 to 37 kg per cum including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required upto all floor levels including carriage of materials in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing KICH PR make 304 grade stainless steel modular railing system comprising 50 mm dia hand rail fixed on 10x50 mm S.S flat Baluster ( Design code DS 54-2-G10) with glass holding accessories (including top bracket tohold hand railing) , placed at maximum 1200 mm C/C alongwith 10 mm thick Toughened glass connected with balusters with special glass holding fixture. The glass height should be taken as minimum 650 mm. The balusters would be fixed to side of steps with base plate of minimum 8 mm thickness ( 100x100x8 mm base SS 304 grade base plate).
