Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of Scada Compatible, including energy management system indoor type vacuum circuit breaker of 10 panel Switchboard (2 incomer, 1 Buscoupler with bus raiser, 7 Outgoings) with possibility of future extension at one side, capacity 11 KV, 800 Amp, 3 Phase, 3 wire, 50 Hz, having a rupturing capacity of 500 MVA at 11 KV , 26.3 KA breaking capacity for 3 sec, totally enclosed with extended Copper bus bar of 800 Amps for each phase, floor mounting, metal clad, Indoor extensible type , flush front, Horizontal isolation, Horizontal drawout type with Electrical and Mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear including padlocking arrangement, isolation plugs, assembly of 3 vaccum interrupters , with each pole individually encapsulated by epoxy insulations and self - aligning finger type isolating contacts, truck having integral racking with necessary interlocks, manual and automatic motor charged independent closing/ tripping spring, trip free operating mechanism with closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical breaker, Full voltage sleeve (PVC sleeve not accepted) insulated Copper bus bar of 800 Amps, including Power pack of 110V DC back up system & all protection, indication, Operation, monitoring and control and accessories as per the specification :-

(i) VCB 800 Amps for Incomers & Buscoupler, VCB 630Amps for Outgoing, should be designed and tested in acoordance with IEC : 62271-100/200 or IS -3427. - Resin Cast type CT having Ratio : 400-200A/ 1-1 A, Core1: 5P20, 5 VA; Core 2: 0.5, 5 VA (for Incomer)

(ii) 200-100A/ 1-1 A, Core1: 5P20, 5 VA; Core 2: 0.5, 5 VA (for outgoings) - VT Ratio: 11KV/1.732/110V/1.732/110V/1.732, -Core 1: 0.5, 20VA -Core 2: 3P, 20VA ( only for Incomer feeder)

(iii) Drawout type (Plug-in design not accepted), IEC 61850 Edition 2.0 complient Numerical relay having protections of 50, 51, 50N, 51N, 86, 95 .R. (Additional 27, 59 functions are required in Incommer panel relay)

(vi) Modbus (RS485 port) Multifunction Meter of Acc Class 0.5, having facility to see KW, KVA, KVAR, PF, KWH, KVARH, KVAH, A,V etc.

(vii) 8 window Annunciation with Hooter

(viii) Trip circuit supervision relay (feature of numerical relay)

(ix) LR & TNC switch

(x) Power Pack (230V AC to 110V DC).

(xi) VCB trolley should have integral spring charging handle.

(xii) Complete panels shall be made of 2.00mm sheet and doors & endcovers shall be made of 2mm CRCA sheet.

(xiii) Castle lock for all the feeder. Interlock between Incomers and Buscoupler. Buscoupler & Raiser panel will not have CT, PT, Relays, Meters etc.

(xiv) Relevent Type Test reports for VCB to be submitted

(xv) Calibration should be done by VCB authorised OEM

(xvi) Warranty period of complete panel should be 24 months from date of supply of panels and training should be given for one week after installation to MES staff

(xvii) Note : Any other separe parts technically necessary for operation of above VCB deems to be included in quoted rates & rates are including of disconnecting and dismentling the Old existing VCBs and shifting and depositing to MES store yard as directed.

(xv) Complete panels shall be made of 2.00mm sheet and doors & endcovers shall be made of 2mm CRCA sheet. (xvi) Relevent Type Test reports for VCB to be submitted. Supply, laying and testing cable HT XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable HT XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable HT XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pole foundation, stay, laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
