Supply of Q-Series Neutral Line Relay (QN1 Type), 8F/8B, 24V DC complete with plug 1 board (base plate), connectors and retaining clips etc. and conforming to BRS- 930 and RDSO Specn.No. IRS: S-34 & S-23 with Amdt. upto date as applicable or latest. The interlocking code for this unit shall be "ABCDF". Inspection authority: - RDSO
"Supply of Point JB fitted with 18 nos. 1-way terminal block confirming to IRS-S-75/91 2 (AMD-2) OR LATEST, DRG. NO. SA-23741A with 3 no. of 40 mm bore G I PIPE 600 mm long as per DRG. NO. SGW/MGS/ PT4/91 fixed on hylum sheet with U channel (75x40x1500) mm for fixing ARA terminal to be procured from RDSO approved sources. Inspection-Consignee."
Supply of 1 x 10 Sq.mm. (Red/Black/Green) multi strand copper power wire as per IS: 3 694:2010 or latest, 140 conductor each dia 0.30mm +/- 0.01 with insulation thickness of 1.0 mm and nominal conductor resistance of 1.91 ohms/km and test parameters as per RDSO Specn.No.IRS:S76/89 (Amnd.3) or latest. Color of the wire which is required will be specified by the Engineer in-charge. Inspection: Consignee subject to procurement from RDSO approved vendors
B-(Only Execution Items)
Carrying out relay alteration to the existing relay wiring at relay rack/location box as per the approved circuit diagram. These works include the releasing of existing unused wires and 1 wiring the relays using 16/0.2 mm copper wire as per RDSO Spec. Wire to be procured from RDSO's approved source and inspection: by RITES [for value of material above Rs. 5.0 lakhs.]. Inspection by consignee [for value of material below than Rs 5.0 lakh]. Note: - wire to be procured from RDSO's approved source only. All required material like wire, soldering material, paint etc. To be supplied by the contractor for execution of the work.
Transportation and laying of signalling cables(12/24/30c) /quad cables of different 2 sizes should be drawn through DWC pipe/Cable duct/Cable trench as per cable route plan & meggering of all main and tail cable. Railway will supply Cables and DWC pipe. Transportation of cables from Rly store/KNCS to work site by the firm. Cable duct cover will be properly placed after laying of cables.
"Protection, adjustments and reinstating of S & T gears by deputation of Fitter/wireman /Painter/welder /Mason/cable jointer i.e., Skilled labour for executing additional Signalling & Telecom portion of the works. The work can involve fixing, releasing, dismantling, 3 replacement, painting or alteration of various signalling assets or parts, termination of cables, minor patch work on damages at location box, Plastering, concreting brick work, wiring alterations, cable jointing etc. as per instruction of Railway representative at site. The contractor has to carry materials to field and the released materials from site has to be taken back to the concerned SSE/Signal store. The contractor has to arrange necessary tools for carrying out the work as per Railway representative instruction. "
"Installation and wiring of relay rack as per DRG.NO.S&T/C-20/2001 with modification vide CSTE/ER'S LETTER NO.SG.42/9, DT.15/3/2016. Supply and fixing of fuses with base, diodes; resistances; condensers, terminal strips / tag blocks, bus bars & other equipment's required for the approved system design complete with scaffolding materials & required hardware & erection 4 materials to accommodate 100 relays (station wise quantity to be specified by the tenderer). PVC wire as per RDSO SPEC.IRS-S-76/89, AMD-2 or latest (for wiring of relay rack) shall be supplied by the contractor, duly inspected by RDSO. This includes supply of relay rack to accommodate 100 relays complete with fittings as per DRG.NO.S&T/C-20/2001. Note: - this includes status of relay to be indicated through led indication at the top of relay rack and in this connection all the required materials to be supplied by the contractor. Rack to be fixed on rubber pad. Execution."
"Transportation, grouting/erection, fixing and installation of Cable Termination rack (CTR), fixing of MS Wiring ladder from relay rack to CTR, and on to top of the CTR- including supply of 3/6mm Hylam sheet of required size for fixing terminal blocks & writing terminal description, termination of cables, bunching of cables by PVC tape and earthing of cable armours, painting, lettering as required. The contractor shall draft terminal analysis chart on the white bond paper of appropriate size & supply wiring materials like eyelets of sizes, trough, condensers and resistances as per required capacity, HV protection cover with fixing top caps and danger symbol, soldering 5 material of approved quality etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. Cement, stone chips and sand as required for mounting CTR, Sand for filling of cable pit and other required masonry work, Sundry materials such as MS plate/angles, MS wiring ladders as per approved Drawing, , Anchor bolt 5/8"" X 9"" with nut and washers -4 No., Nickel plated screws 2BA X1"" with nuts and washers for fixing Hylam sheet, numbers embossed ferrules 2.5 sq. mm, PVC bunching tapes and buttons, paint synthetic enamel of smoke grey colour for painting, MS clamps with bolts and nuts of sizes, D- bracket and 60mm insulator, for fixing cables, screws of sizes as required shall be supplied by the contractor. Cables should be routed properly through ladder. Note : CTR will be supplied by Railway "
Installation of DWC pipe of size minimum outer dia 120mm & minimum inner dia 6 103mm for carrying out track/road crossing or parallel to track of cable as instruction of Railway site Engineer. "Termination of Outdoor Cables (Main Cables /tail cables) at both ends in location 7 boxes, cable termination rack in relay room, station building, generator room etc. The item includes dressing of cables and wires with dressing threads as per standard practice. The contractor shall supply of 4 no. of foundation nuts & bolts of size of 22 mm dia. x 450 mm long with 2 flat spring washers with each nuts & bolts, sand for filling up cable pit inside the apparatus case including plaster and bolts, nuts, screws, MS Clamps for fixing equipment/ cable. Note: - Part payment may be released after completion of- (i) Foundation- 40%, (ii) Erection - 10%, (iii) Wiring, earthing, testing - 20%, (iv) Painting, writings - 10%, (v) Plastering, sand filling & etc. - 10%, (vi) Commissioning - 10%."

For track crossing, RDSO sketch No.SDO/CABLE LAYING/009 or latest and for Road Crossing, RDSO sketch No. SDO/CABLE LAYING/010 or latest are to be followed

"Supply, Transportation, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Multi Section Digital Axle Counter (MSDAC) for mentioned detection Point by the purchaser & Track Section as per different SIPs uploaded with the tender, complete with all accessories, cable required with each track device & Card viz., Axle Detectors, Track Side Electronics/DAC field units, Central Evaluator (Central Evaluator unit should be housed in a pre-fabricated Rack to be supplied along with the system), Reset unit, Relay unit, Event logger & Diagnostic terminals etc. required for different Detection Points & Track Sections as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/176/2013, Ver.3 or latest as per Annexure (A, B & C) Note- (i)Central Evaluator should be compatible with existing ACE (Eldyne make) for auto resetting purpose. At KKVS RRI: DP-12, TS-02 At KMUK RRI: DP-24, TS-22 At KNCS: DP - 111, TS- 54 (ii) Annexure (A, B & C) is under technical specification. " Inspection:RDSO
"Supply of Auto changeover Power Panel suitable to change over between three incoming single phase 230V supplies with signalling supply distribution arrangement, voltage 2 sensing relays, MCB's, fuses & contactor Unit as per drawing supplied by Engineer -in- charge i). Item include supply of 10 spare fuses of each type, 1 contactor relay of each type & 1 MCB of each type used in panel. ii) Program switches & wire to be supplied based on current requirement. iii) The cabinet of Auto changeover shall be powder coated & in compact in size as possible. Installation of LT Power Panel/ Power distribution panel/ Auto Changeover Panel, power supply equipment such as Rectifiers Transformers, Battery chargers etc. including mounting 3 on wooden planks/Hylum Sheet and complete wiring for automatic change over arrangement, mounting of Program switches on Bakelite sheet of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 mm fitted to MS angle (size 25mm x 25mm x 5mm) brackets, wiring as per requirements. Supply of Medium class GI pipes 100 mm dia (4.5 mm thickness) as per IS 1239 (Part 4 1): 2004 or Latest with socket & coupling on culverts bridges or at any other locations as decided by Site Engineer. It includes supply of all material required for fixing arrangement. Contractor will also supply flexible/corrugated HDPE pipe at the end of GI pipe to protect the cables from sharp edges and sudden bends. Inspection: Consignee
Laying & Fixing of Medium class GI pipes 50/100 mm dia (4.5 mm thickness) as per IS 5 1239 (Part 1): 2004 with socket & coupling on culverts bridges or at any other locations as decided by Site Engineer. It includes installation of all material required for fixing arrangement. Contractor will install flexible/corrugated HDPE pipe at the end of GI pipe along with any masonry work (if required) to protect the cables from sharp edges and sudden bends.
Supply and fitting of LED based display/ indication board as per approved face plate diagram at panel room for display the status of AFTC and MSDAC track sections with dual detection arrangement. This includes supply of required multi core 40/0.6 mm indoor cables, 16/0.2 wires, 6 Wago terminals, MS mounting stand and fixtures etc. Face plate shall be froasted Alluminium sheet of 3 mm thickness. Frame of board will be made of Alluminiurn channel of size 25X25X3 mm. Body including face plate shall be froasted alluminium sheet of 3 mm thick. Size of the board shall be 2050X850X30 mm. Height of the Mounting stand and fixture shall be as per instruction of Railway site engineer. Inspection by consignee.
