Improvement to main L.T control panel installed at Ujh Barrage by way of dismantling of all incoming and outgoing electrical connections, replacement of damaged parts by P/F Al.bus bar, HRC fuses, contactor point kit, contactor coils, MCCB of 100 Amp with 25 kA breaking capacity – 02 Nos, current transformer, Ampere meter. Wrapping the bus bar with superior quality insulation, cutting of damaged cable ends and re-thimbling them with heavy duty thimbles with the help of crimping tool. .Making all electrical connections and testing the panel on full load. Improvement to lighting system by way of dismantling of old damaged lights and P/F of 12W LED on hoist deck bridge, control room, DG set room, store - 25 Nos., PVC globe light assembly along with holder – 10 Nos, 50 Watt LED flood light assembly mounted on Head regulator gates and on barrage gauge – 04 Nos, 35 Watt LED flood light assembly mounted on hoist deck bridge – 08 Nos., 100 Watt LED flood light assembly on illumination tower and gantry crane - 02 Nos. All the flood light assembly is to be made with suitable brackets made out of M.S strips, mounted at pole as per site requirement along with clamps, nut and bolts. Job includes dismantling of damaged/punctured wires for LED lighting along whole barrage length and replaced wiring with 1x6 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1x6 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required for whole barrage length. Job includes dismantling of damaged/punctured wire of illumination tower and replaced wiring with 1x4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit. Job includes dismantling of damaged/punctured wire of LED lights and replaced wiring with 1 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit. Job also includes Providing and fitting 02 Nos., 32 A rating ,240/415 V ,10 kA,'C' curve ,miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load for illumination tower and hoist deck bridge. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable.
