Construction of proposed new building (BG9) opposite to Centenary Building within the campus of NRS Medical College Hospital, Kolkata-Electrical work---SITC of Solar Power Plant.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of on-grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of C-Si Mono/C-Si Poly/ Mono PERC halfcut silicon solar cells, necessary protections,earthing, mounted on GI structure of suitable strength with incorporation of following components as required to complete the project successfully:- a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 500 Wp or above, manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5% PV modules used in solar power plants systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. b) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 V or higher DC Input voltage range and 415 V AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree C. c) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories. d) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. e) The proposed PV module panel frame structure shall be so fabricated as to be grouted on Roof top on its legs. The legs of the structure shall be fixed and grouted in the PCC/RCC foundation column made with 1:2:4 cement concrete. The foundation shall support SPV modules at a given orientation, absorb and transfer the mechanical wind speed of 120 KM/hr (minimum). f) Conventional type Lightning protection of adequate quantity as per design, should be approved by EIC. g) Surge voltage protection system as per guideline. h) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing of adequate size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control cables(Make:RR Kabel / Polycab /Havells) between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required.

Terms and Condition:

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. Waranty documents of SPV modules,(and other items if any) should be generated in favour of Executive Engineer-II, Central Kolkata Health Electrical Division, PWD

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

The above rate should be quoted inclusive of all the Labour Welfare Cess, taxes & duties, with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for 5 (Five) years from the date of commissioning.
