Supply of air cooled split AC unit of 2.0 TR capacity, Fixed Speed / Non-Inverter Rotary Compressor with outdoor compressor unit, complete with remote. The rates shall include protection on low & high voltage. All AC Units shall have copper condenser coil, associated cables • The machines shall be designed for continuous operation round the clock throughout the year. • The AC shall be NON-INVERTER type. Designed for high ambient temperatures up to 48°C–52°C • The AC machines shall be of : BLUESTAR/ HITACHI/ CARRIER/ VOLTAS make • The refrigerant shall be non-inflammable, non-toxic and non-explosive and have the pressure and temperature characteristics suitable for this operation. It is proposed to provide R-32 (Eco-friendly) being the safest. • The equipment shall be suitable for operation on 230 V +/- 10% V, Single Phase AC, 50 Hz Necessary earthing arrangement shall be made. i) If any equipment fails to meet the specified and guaranteed performance as found from test at site, then the equipment is liable to be rejected and to be replaced the same free of cost by the contactor. • The bid shall be complete and include all accessories even though not specifically mentioned in these specification, scheules etc. but which are essential for the complete air-conditioning system.

Complete installation, testing and commissioning of A.C.unit along with filling of R32 refrigerant gas. The indoor unit shall be be installed on the wall, ensuring level including running of copper pipes, power cables and drain pipes through drilled holes, and the outdoor compressor unit shall be installed with suitable size of MS frame, its legs grouted with cement & sand or installed on outer wall duly supported on suitable angle iron frame.
