Celing Fan (1200/1400 mm sweep)

Disconnecting electrically, taking down existing ceiling fan any type and capacity with due care,and refixing the same after repair work with all accessories all as spfd and directed.

Strip opening of AC ceiling fan 230 volts any make /type/size for carrying out repair/greasing / oiling, re-assembling, replacing rubber reel, fixing clamp, bolts and nuts with lock pins and testing complete and all as specified. Note :- 1. Repairs will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Rewinding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200/1400 mm sweep any make/size with super enamelled copper winding wire with gauge including cutting of old burnt winding. Sleeve work varnishing with `B' class insulation varnish, greasing ,connection with flexible wire of appropriate size two core copper wire upto connector block complete and all as specified.

S&F Ceiling fan capacitor AC 440 volts 2.5/3.15 mfd 50HZ complete and all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan regulator electronic, step type hum free suitable to control speed of fan from 0 to 100% and connecting electrically all as required or directed by engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of ball bearing set suitable for ceiling fan upto 1400mm sweep complete and all as specified

Cleaning thoroughly ceiling fans (1200mm / 1400mm) sweep with Kerosene Oil and spray painting with spray gun including preparation of surfaces, and writing MES No after painting at site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Exhaust/ Pedestal/ Air circulatory Fan

Disconnecting electrically, taking down existing Exhaust/ Pedestal/ Air circulatory Wall Fan any type and capacity with due care, dismantling blades and handing over to user for repairing from MES with all accessories all as spfd and directed.

Strip opening of exhaust fan/air circulator/table fan/Pedestal/wall fan any size / make / sweep for carry out repair/greasing, oiling work, re-assembling, replacing rubber reel, fixing clamp, bolts and nuts with lock pins and testing after carrying out the repair, complete and all as specified.

Rewinding of exhaust fan/ air circulator fan/ table fan/pedestal/wall mounted fan motor any size, from 225 to 450 mm sweep with supper enamelled copper wire as required including necessary cutting of old burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots, greasing and provision of necessary threading/sleeve work and taking out connection in lead with PVC copper wire of appropriate size upto connector block complete and all as specified.

Desert cooler

M & L for taking down/out desert cooler from existing place and removing old paint from the body of desert cooler and applying painting on desert cooler external body, fan and pump with a coat of synthetic enamel grey paint , internal body with a coat of synthetic enamel black paint with brush painting at site after proper dusting cleaning and scraping old painted surface and refixing on same/other location after painting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of side panels of desert cooler made out of 22 SWG mild steel sheet of size not more than 0.70x0.80 mtr to match with existing cooler as per sample complete with jalli, wood wool pad , fastners painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of water lifting pump submersible type 220 -240 Volts 50 HZ as per sample complete all as specified and directed. Make : Vansal model No OASIS SX6 (Submersible ) or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply & fixing in replacement of kit fan motor of desert cooler as per sample, 230 volts complete with blades, fixing legs, nuts, bolts, washers etc of complete all as specified & directed. Make : Crompton / Havells / Khaitan / Usha.

S&F in replacement of ready made wood wool pad size as required at site of 15 mm thickness, made out of chicken wire mesh filled with fine quality wood wool and stitched with GI wire for desert cooler of any make & size complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for disconnecting, dismantling, refixing and rewinding of kit fan motor upto 450 mm sweep of desert coolers 230 volts AC 50 C/S with super enamelled copper conductor wire of existing gauge as original including replacement of bush -02 Nos shaft -01 No ring-01 No & clamp-04 Nos complete all as specified & directed

S & F of desert cooler stand using angle iron (40 x 40 x 6 mm) making square type platform of min size 800 x 800mm and fixing through two angle iron piece for horizontal support and two angle iron piece for 45 degree angle vertical support into the walls of any type / height as required on site by means of required nuts, bolts, fastners, welding work etc to form a platform suitable for fixing the desert cooler of any size & type compete all as specified and directed. Note: Angle iron should be painted with a coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint. Minimum 20 cm length of the angle iron should be inserted into the wall and fixing the same through required PCC work. Cutting chases in walls required for fixing the angle iron support shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 and surface shall be matched with existing surface by using putty, plaster of paris etc. and applying finishing coat of existing treatment shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Geyser

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out and refixing after repair old u/s storage type water heater geyser of cap 25/35 Ltrs from wall for repair at site all as spfd and directed.

M&L for opening the geyser and replacement of glass wool for insulation of geyser of 25/35 ltrs capacity of any make / type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of chromium plated flexible copper connection with two brass adopter as per existing sample suitable for carrying hot / cold water, fixed one end at geyser inlet and other to outlet water supply point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC flexible connection with two brass adopter as per existing sample suitable for carrying hot / cold water, fixed one end at geyser inlet and other to outlet water supply point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting, dismantling old u/s thermostat switch of geyser 25 to 35 ltrs capacity and replaced with new as per sample with temperature range adjustable from 25 to 90 degree centigrade, superior quality 20 Amps rating, 220 Volts AC supply as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Air Conditioning

Disconnecting electrically, taking down, dismantling, opening the cover of AC and taking out and servicing of window AC 1.5/2 Ton conditioner cap 1.5/ 2 Ton capacity including cleaning / removing all dust / mud, oil and other foreign particle from grill, filter, condenser fin, evaporator fin including opening cover, peripheries and whole body using detergent solution or chemical solution and refitting all parts and fixing the same in existing/other location complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Disconnecting, dismantling, opening the cover of AC and removing unserviceable / defective parts from the window AC 1.5/2 Ton capacity including necessary welding with existing refrigerant pipe, supply & charging refrigerant gas and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All spares such as sealed compressor, fan motor, relay, capacitor, over load relay shall be measured and paid separately if required under respective item of Schedule ‘A’. (ii) If any item required to make equipment functional like capillary copper pipe etc is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. (iii) Old unserviceable hermetic sealed unit and other materials obtained from the window type AC will be accounted under Schedule of credit and same shall become the property of the Contractor

M&L for fixing/installation of split AC inner/outer or both unit as received from item No 84 with all accessories and making all coonection of copper tubing/drain and electrically and testing on completion all as spfd and directed. Note : Refrigrant and other connecting items i.e copper tube/ drain pipe will be measured and paid seperately under respective item if required.

M&L for minor denting work to window type air conditioners of 1.5 / 2 Ton capacity including applying spray painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete all as specified and directed by the engineer -in -charge.

Refrigrator

Disconnecting electrically, dismantling, opening the cover of Refrigerator of any capacity including cleaning / removing all dust / mud, oil and other foreign particle from grill, filter, condenser fin, evaporator fin including opening cover, peripheries and whole body using detergent solution or chemical solution and refitting all parts and fixing the same in existing/other location complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in replacement of rotary type sealed compressor of Refrigerator of any capacity as per sample all as spfd and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Starting relay suitable for refrigerator of any make and capacity.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Thermostat suitable for refrigerator of any make and capacity.

Voltage Stablizer

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old u/s voltage stabilizer of cap 1 to 5 KVA and refixing the same in same/other location after repair incl all minor parts i.e wire, nut, bolt and washers etc all as spfd and directed. Note : Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under respactive items.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Main relay of voltage stabilizer 1 to 5 KVA as per sample.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Main control circuit (PCB) of voltage stabilizer 1 to 5 KVA as per sample.

Supply and fixing in replacement of replacement of sensor transformer of voltage stabilizer 1 to 5 KVA as per sample. .

Supply and fixing in replacement of voltmeter of voltage stabilizer 1 to 5 KVA as per sample. .

Supply and fixing in replacement of Time delay relay, 2-3 minute over / low voltage 180 Volts AC and high voltage 260 Volts AC of voltage stabilizer 1 to 5 KVA as per sample.

Taking out old burnt winding of transformer and re-winding the same with super enameled copper winding wire (existing size) for 1 to 5 KVA voltage stabilizers including all necessary insulating material and testing complete.

Water Cooler

Taking out water cooler of any make and type of capacity 40 / 80 / 150 ltrs from position and cleaning/serviceing the complete condenser coil and storage tank with chemical base solution and soda water including servicing, oiling of air blower motor, checking of electrical & water supply connection incl and re-fixing the same on its existing position after testing complete all as specified and directed.
